I'm a longtime buyer of Skullcandy speakers and this is the best one yet with superior sound quality and a super long-lasting charge. But the reason I'm here is to address the complaint that the skull logo is upside down. It's not. Simply lay the speaker on its side, with the volume buttons on top. Now the skulls on each side are right side up. And it produces better sound as the skulls are actually "base thumpers". You can feal them pulsate. Enjoy!

Cool little speaker. Great for a bathroom speaker. It’s waterproof. Dust proof. Very portable, connects to all Bluetooth devices. Can connect to multiple skull candy devices thru a special pairing process. Very durable and good battery life. Couldn’t give it the full 5 stars because the sound quality is not all that good at highs, it comes with a little distortion, but outside of that, it’s decent.

This doesn't quite perform like you would think it would. I've seen much smaller speakers sound louder and better with more frequency range than this one. Even though this is surprisingly large and bulky, I give kudos to the design and also using fairly large passive bass radiators. However it seems like the included powered speaker never can take advantage of those passive radiators to throw out some good quality bass. The speaker seems to be really muddled with the mids and highs the highest seam almost staticky and screechy and are not pleasant to my ear to listen to at higher volumes. I didn't have another speaker to test stereo pairing however it seems like that is supported with this speaker. I can understand how someone might have difficulty orienting the speaker correctly however it's pretty simple: if the skull is pointing upwards then the speaker is upright. Plenty of better speakers at this price point.

TLDR - do not buy this speaker, unless you want a speaker that’s quieter than your phone’s built-in speaker My confession is that I ordered this twice, asking for a replacement for the first one, because I believed that there was no way the sound quality wasn’t so bad without it having been used and returned to Amazon before. Upon receiving the second one today I made sure not to thrash the packaging just in case, and lo and behold the second one sounded just as bad. Mostly I’m criticizing the volume here. When I turned the volume all the way up I actually noticed that the volume on the speaker actually DECREASES. It hits its loudest level around 3/4 of the way up. This was the case for both of the speakers. Skullcandy usually makes quality products, and I grew up with a lot of their headphones, but this Sky Terrain Mini is not one of those. Returning both and probably going with a mini JBL or something.

Compré 2 y me salieron súper bien las tengo en moto y aún llendo a 70-80km/h se alcanzan a escuchar bien y a eso sumen que son aprueba de agua las vuelve algo súper eficiente y todo terreno. Lo único que me causa conflicto es que se ensucian rápido pero eso es lo de menos ya que no afecta en absoluto para escucharlas
