Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol.1 (NSW)

This game collects all of the classic Metal Gear Solid Games. The price is fantastic as you get hours of fun with 3 full games. The games all looked great on a modern console and HD TV. They all play perfectly just like the classics. This is great for anyone looking for some nostalgic fun from retro games. I highly recommend this purchase.

Big Metal Gear Solid fan and really enjoy this collection of previous Metal Gear games. This collection has Metal Gear Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake Metal Gear Solid Metal Gear Sold 2: Sons of Liberty Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater Metal Gear (NES Version) Snake's Revenge ( Sequel to NES Metal Gear) Digital Bonus like artbook, comics, and soudtrack Great to have all these great games in one collection for me to play and enjoy. If I had to have a negative I will say the text in Metal Gear Solid and Metal Gear Solid 2 look fuzzy at times and a bit hard to read depending on how you view the screen. Text in Metal Gear Solid 3 is okay and readable, just odd I only see it in the first Metal Gear Solid and second one. Still a great collectino of games and well worth the cost.

Metal Gear Solid is that one game from my youth that really got me into video games. Aside from those repetitive (but fun) side scroller type games. MGS really brought story telling alive in a game. It’s worth having all three of these titles remastered and rereleased BUT at least for the switch BEWARE that buying the digital version might be better if not the same as the physical edition. All 3 games HAVE to be downloaded! Which is to me is stupid because what is the point of having the cartridge? Once placed in the system you need to download all three games (and bonus crap) but then you still need the cartridge to play them! It just seems unnecessary and annoying for taking up so much space! Don’t get me wrong it’s worth having MGS and MGS3 back to play at my leisure. The memory thing is just something I wish I was made aware of before buying the physical version. like I started though, MGS is that game that got me into gaming. That alone is worth having it for. Plus you get three games which is hours/days/weeks of nostalgic fun. Makes me optimistic that one day MGS4 will be rereleased! That game only came out on ps3 like 15 years or more ago and has never been remastered or available on any of the next gen consoles. Maybe Hideo Kojima can influence that game to come out! 🤞🏻

Honestly pretty Solid game I got it on sale so it was definitely worth it. The shipping was fast considering i didnt have prime at the time. Only issue its almost priced the same as the console versions which those are just flat out superior.

This game collection is the most utterly confusing mess for any physical Switch game to date. Probably the worst collection in terms of preservation and for gamers who buy physical media. Konami is extremely CHEAP and don't care about quality physical products. What's on the Cartridge? I'd give it negative stars for the physical/collecting aspect of it though (passing solids). It's a shame they didn't put any of the games that everyone wanted on the cartridge. The real meat and potatoes of the collection. For Metal Gear Solid, I recommend turning off the filter in the options because it's really blurry with it on. Other than that, the games play fine. I didn't have any issues with framerate.

Three great games with extras. Main games METAL GEAR SOLID, METAL GEAR SOLID 2: SONS OF LIBERTY, and METAL GEAR SOLID 3: SNAKE EATER all run at 30 FPS, according to Internet sources. The original MGS2: Sons of Liberty, by the way, ran at 60 FPS on the PlayStation 2. Dealbreakers for some, not an issue for others.

The game came a but quicker than expected and is overall good

Must have if you’re a MGS fan. Graphics are good and the special features are amazing
