EMRSS Directional Patch 2.4GHz SMA Articulated Antenna for RF Explorer

This antenna takes some experimentation to get used to. Because it is so directional, you *really* have to point it at the source to get a reading. This is good, though, because you can use it to pin-point signal sources.

I bought this antenna because my neighbor was spraying radiation across the street disrupting and damaging security cameras...even wired ,non-wifi ones. I was hoping this unit would show pulses coming from his house and show virtually none when facing the other direction. After doing many tests all directions seemed about equal power and so the results weren't helpful. I'm now curious if wifi signals aren't bounced off of TV screens and other glass in the house for erroneous results? I was able to prove it was him by recording him from a camera he was not aware of and all pulses stopped when he moved his attention to the new camera (human behavior versus signal proof) .

I measured it with a NA and for the price it worked very well at 2.4 GHz

The antenna is very directionl and will help tracking down the source of the signals.
