Awesome keyboard
Better keyboard I had for a while. Although a bit heavy, it is extremely ergonomic, with two levels of height adjustment. The key-press feel is really good, too. Really responsive and fast. You can hear the keys, but it is not too loud. I have been using it for most of a year, and it is like new. No discoloration of the keys or anything like that. The battery holds up well too; I recharge it about once a month, I guess. Good value for the money.

Awesome Wireless Mechanical Gaming Keyboard!
Absolutely loving the ASUS ROG Strix Scope II 96 Wireless! The layout gives me a great balance between a compact design and having all the keys I actually need. The typing experience feels smooth and satisfying, and the wireless connection has been reliable with no noticeable lag while gaming. The build quality feels premium, the RGB lighting looks great, and the battery life has been impressive. Overall, this is an excellent keyboard for both gaming and everyday use. Highly recommended!

Best keyboard I've ever touched
The keys are so smooth I am having fun just touching my keyboard. I have a new hobby, typing with this keyboard !!!!! Size is smaller than regular keyboard, but you still have a numbers keypad. It takes some time to get used to it switching from a full size keyboard i used to use, but soft keys and super comfortable wrist support made me stick to this keyboard. Positives: comfort, fun to use, super soft keys, clicking noise is not too loud but still there, battery lasts forever and the keyboard has modes if you wanna use it wireless, bluetooth or wired mode. Negative: it takes a week to get used to the key location if you are a game, which wasn't a big deal for me. If your game require a lot of double clicks, it is a bit harder to do this because the key is lubed: has to slide down and up.

Perfect Hardware, Terrible Software
The keyboard itself is amazing. Build quality is excellent, the keys themselves are buttery smooth and have a pleasing sound. Mine is attached via USB-C but having the option of Bluetooth and wireless are nice to have. Coming from a full-sized keyboard I was initially worried about going to a compact "96%" layout, but I completely adapted to the smaller layout in ten minutes. The software, however is a real sticking point. I thought other reviews were exaggerating about the awfulness of the Armoury Crate software, but if anything they undersold it. You have to register to access full functionality and even then, the Aura Sync feature is utterly broken, which means you're limited to basic, one layer RGB effects. After around 4 hours of troubleshooting I gave up and switched to third-party RGB software and it works great. At the sale price, this keyboard is a great buy as long as you understand the software to control its lighting does not work.

Excellent First Mechanical Keyboard โ Premium Feel and Amazing Battery Life
This is my first time using a mechanical keyboard and honestly, I can confirm this feels incredible right out of the box. ASUS definitely did not disappoint with the quality. The keyboard has a solid weight to it and feels extremely well made and premium. I absolutely love the design and aesthetic, especially the 96% layout. I truly believe 96% is one of the best sizes for both gaming and productivity because you still get almost all the keys from a full-size keyboard while saving plenty of space for your mouse. One thing that really surprised me was the battery life. I played wirelessly for two days, around 3-hour sessions each day, and the battery only dropped by 1%. That honestly impressed me a lot. The RGB lighting is also super bright and vibrant. I really donโt have anything negative to say so far. I got it at a great price, and it honestly feels like one of the best investments Iโve made for my gaming setup. The aluminum plate feels premium, and the sound of the keyboard is amazing. I also ended up really liking the included wrist rest, something I originally thought I wouldnโt need, but it turned out to be very comfortable and useful. Iโve also played around with Armoury Crate a little bit and had no issues with it. It seems functional and easy enough to use.

Nice feel. Special characters aren't backlit on number keys and function keys.
So far the keyboard has been great. The switches feel very smooth and the foam keeps the clicking noise to a minimum, which I enjoy. The keyboard has a nice weight and the build quality feel good. The 96% size took a little to get used to but I am enjoying it now that I've adjusted. I like the customization on the keyboard itself. I don't use armory crate because yuck, but I can control the backlighting to a degree that is acceptable to me on the keyboard itself. The battery life has also been great. I haven't needed to charge yet after the initial charging and I've used it heavily every day since I received it last month. One major flaw though is the special characters on the number keys and the fn Function keys symbols are just painted on, which is think is a bad design choice for a backlit keyboard. Unless you have the muscle memory or work in a well lit room (I typically don't) you can't see the special characters or addition fn key functions to use them as efficiently as you could if they allowed the back like to display them too. I may have to consider buying different keys for the numbers at least and allow the light to pass through those special characters.

Excellent Keyboard! Very high quality and attention to detail!
I wanted a keyboard that had BT, RF and wired connectivity, and backlight with long battery life. on paper this keyboard met that criteria. I had a Logitech G515 and was not impressed on first opening. it had a laughable battery life, and you cannot change anything (lights, etc) without logitechs software, and you can't read the keys without the light on! Coming from the logitech, when i opened the package of the Asus ROG Strix Scope II keyboard, my only words were WOW! Packaging was excellent and top notch, the keyboard was firm, keys sounded great and the lighting is amazing! It is also a fully size keyboard (keys) in a 96% footprint! The sound of the keys are muffled but very pleasant and great feel. the function combination of the keys is very easy and the keys are very easy to read. (Even with the LEDs off! lol) You can easily change the colors and functions on this keyboard without the software which is exactly what i was looking for. if you use the software you can do even more! All around this keyboard is fantastic, and it puts the logitech keyboard to shame at about the same price. Too soon to tell on the battery life but on paper it is 1500 hours. (the logitech is 36! lmao) I am very happy I got this keyboard and highly recommend this keyboard if you are considering a wireless option for games or office!

Great product. Definitely worth the money
Iโve been using the ROG Strix Scope II 96 for a couple weeks now, and itโs quickly become my favorite keyboard. The 96% layout is perfect โ you get the number pad, arrow keys, and function row without taking up too much desk space. Itโs a great balance between compact and functional. The stock switches (I'm using the NX Snow) feel super smooth and sound great right out of the box. Theyโre pre-lubed and honestly feel better than some higher-end customs Iโve tried. The stabilizers are also really well done โ no rattling on the spacebar or enter key. Wireless connection has been rock solid via the dongle, and battery life has been surprisingly good even with the RGB on. You can also switch to Bluetooth or wired mode easily, which is super handy if youโre using it across multiple devices. Build quality feels premium โ solid chassis, smooth keycaps, and nice weight to it. The sound-dampening foam inside really cuts down on ping and gives it a nice thocky sound profile. Only downside? The Armoury Crate software is kind of clunky, but once you set your lighting and macros, you donโt really need to touch it again. Highly recommend if you want a high-end gaming keyboard thatโs compact, wireless, and ready to go out of the box. Itโs not cheap, but youโre definitely getting what you pay for.

Stunning Premium All-Rounder
The ROG Strix Scope II 96 Wireless is a gorgeous keyboard with a robust, premium texture. Its 96% layout and smooth NX switches make it absolutely perfect for office work, coding, and fast-paced gaming. The only downside is that it lacks support for the Armoury Crate Web version (Gear Link). Fortunately, it redeems itself with the ROG Omni Receiver, allowing you to pair both this keyboard and a compatible ROG mouse to a single dongle.

Sensational Keyboard
This is easily the best keyboard I've ever typed on. It feels so fluid and clean you can confidently type without looking at it. The colors are nice and vibrant but if you want more than Asus' Aura Sync download Signal RGB. It has waaay more customization options. (You will need to use the wired connection for it). Its pretty much a full keyboard in the compact size of a regular one. It's also quiet to use, typing is not obnoxiously loud or distracting. Highly recommend! Highly recommend for anyone looking!

All round winner.
Absolutely great build quality and responsiveness. While having keys that do feel a little squished compared to a 100% keyboard I have actually noticed an improvement in my typing speed and accuracy. If you're looking for a mechanical keyboard that feels good, sounds good and has a satisfying scroll wheel I can strongly recommend.
