Fun fast car
Fun fast car. My 13 year old and I (33) have a blast with this RC car, its super fast for the price in my opinion, Great first Fast RC CAR. Easy to drive and swap the battery to play for a while. its nice that they include some extra parts. Its been pretty durable and we kinda abuse ours. I would buy it again so i recommend it for kids and adults that dont want to spend alot of money for a fun Rc car.

Almost hobby grade without the same cost
Been into radio control for a very long time. Brother wanted to race again with our kids. Being older and buying as Christmas gifts we didn’t want to go crazy so these looked good. On sale at Christmas let’s just say worth every penny. Made rough rules, 1/16th scale, 2s power, brushed or brushless ok and even limiting battery so similar size and c rating. Trucks, buggy’s, 2 or 4 wheel drive allowed. I picked this winner and not disappointed. Extra tires, brushless, decent batteries and well made. On 2s lipo it really is a handful, very fast. Fast like you’re not even going to make a uturn on asphalt in 12-16 feet wide without slowing first. Off road has so much power really is a handful. Yet to even try 3s power which it supports. Two hoods, nice and overall happy with it. Not all roses tho, hood clips are hard to use for me glad they enclose extras. Radio works but I ended up replacing with a better one- Flysky fs-gt3c model. More range but I really needed the exponential control to dial back steering so car not as twitchy at high speeds. Dual rates fine on base radio but lacked expo and a few other niceties that a long time Rc user gets used to having. Steering servo is plastic geared and analog so again I upgraded that to digital metal geared. Expect to align it some, and even then it has some steering slop I can not get rid of without major front end changes so drifts left then right which brought me back to the expo need on radio to hold a line better. If you toe-in front wheels more to hold straight line better it’s going to wear the tires pretty fast. The charger is ok but again not hobby grade. I’d advise those using it to get a cheap lipo voltage checker with buzzer. Can find on Amazon for under 10 bucks. Tip: don’t discharge past 3.6volts per cell and store them at around 3.85 volts per cell not fully charged and they will last a lot longer. Anyway I do enjoy it and ready to race my brother, his kids and my kid and grandkids, not hobby grade but darn close.

Hyper Go H16pl. Fast car
Thai little car is very fast and fun to drive. I want not expecting to have a RC car that is this nice for the money. The car is very durable and will be able to go wherever you want it to. I would highly recommend!

Greater starter car for an adult.
I’m an adult just starting out in RC cars and I feel this is a very good starter car. I feel the lower speed setting has plenty of power and is a good place to start. The appearance is nice and sleek with both skins. The durability is very good as I said I’m new and run into things and wreck a lot and still holds up. The only down fall to the material it’s made of is the spoiler because it is very flimsy and broke the first time I wrecked. However it doesn’t mess with the functionality of the car. That’s the only reason it didn’t get 5 stars.

Perfectly balanced, light maintenance and don't abuse and they live forever!!
This is a seriously fun RC. I would say some RC experience is recommended. Car can take 3s but the stock 2s batteries are a really good pair for it. I'm not the biggest fan of the included tires personally since i drive on and off road a lot and this car can eat through some tires on road but if you keep it to the dirt and sand they do great! All of these 1/16 hyper go cars are very upgradable and share a lot of parts which is nice. Also easy to work on but you really wont have to fix much if you are a little careful. Just do a quick bolt check every now and then and they last for ever. I would say be kind of nice to the diffs. They are great but can get loose with a lot of abuse and unloading on one side, but haven't had one fully fail on me yet. I have a h16dr too and this car has much more power and even eases into power when you first start which is great and takes a lot of stress off of the gears. The fan on the motor also help a TON but you got to keep an eye on that too to make sure it doesn't get stuck with dirt. but very solid RC no complaints

Perfect for a kid that wants to go fast.
Bought this after my kid grew tired of his old RC. Last one was a junk walmart one that was not fast and died rather quickly. This thing is a missile. We didn't change a thing out the box but it rips. Battery seems to last quite a while as well. Multiple sessions on a single charge. The fact that it comes with a spare is just a bonus. Only downside is using it on street does bald the tires after a while. Make sure to rotate as the rears go faster then the front will.

This car is pretty cool!
For the money this car is wicked! Iove it! Great for control training and fast enough to be a hell of a lot of fun too! Reverse is a bit laggy but otherwise it is a solid car or at least mine is.

Fast & Fun
These are fast & fun intro-level RC cars... Overall, I'm very pleased with this item for the cost. I would give it more starts except for the minor breakages. But battery life seems reasonable & construction seems pretty solid-ish. I actually bought two so I can race with my kids (11 & 14)! A few cons: I bought two cars about 5-6 months apart. The controllers are different. I didn't like that the newer one has a trim knob for throttle... someone bumped it and there's no instructions on how to adjust it properly. The controllers are interchangeable though, which is kind of cool... turn on the car, then a controller, and they sync. There's no interference from one to the other. At 100% power, I wore down the main tires in an afternoon of doodling around on various pavement. Even though replacement tires can be had pretty quickly off Amazon, an hour or two seems a bit much for them to wear out. We also broke the 'ESC/REV Fix Frame" on both pretty easily... There's only two screws and when one screw hole broke (the same one on both), the speed controller can pivot and start interfering/scraping on the steering mechanism. I ordered several replacement frames direct from HyperGo... They're not expensive but they're shipping from China and it's taking awhile.
