incomplete - how would I know?
This is just the bit of the tap you see in the bathroom - the main bit is not included (it says in teh description but I had no idea). Plumber just opened it and explained to me. Of course the return window closed 10 days ago... £160 for nothing as the main part is another £200! I'll buy a cheaper tap elsewhere. Not happy

Overpriced
It’s a simple wall tap, too expensive for what it is, reduces flow dramatically, so if water saving is a priority, it’s ok, but otherwise nothing special

The elements do not fit together correctly. One is cylindrical the other arched. Cannot get through to GROHE by email or phone. Total nightmare.
