My father is using this hearing aids from August. But one side stopped working for 2 weeks now. I want to know how to repair it?

= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = Amazon.in = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = I have purchased 2 units of Fast Well Hearing Aids (for my mother who is 93 years old), both the units are working fine and my mother can hear the things very well and she is very happy. Earlier she was not responding to our talk but now she can hear the things very well. Thanks to Fast Well as well as Amazon.

Worst item with worse response from manufacturer
Very bad product,I bought a set of two machines and within 2months one of it stopped working and soon after that the second one also stopped. There has been no mishandling or any type of physical damage. The company was informed about the problem as these are under warranty of 1 year and on their advice both the machines have been sent to them for repair Now today I am being informed that some internal wire is broken in both the machines and I have to pay Rs 280per piece This is nothing but to make fool of customers Amazon may look into this so that we should be compelley totake help of consumer forum

Really amazing quality at such affordable price cause her previous machine was 8ร expensive and best part is, it's rechargeable.. only problem she is facing if you increase the sound more than level ii, it makes whistle sometimes..

Not so good product, the earpiece stopped working within 6 months, noise reduction was not working properly more than actual sound the joise was more heard. Bad product. Use was easy but not recommended for buying this.
