I really like these junction boxes. They worked perfectly for my landscape lighting project. I used my own connectors inside instead of the supplied wiring block to connect the power source to two low voltage fixtures. The wires were 14-20ga. The box is the perfect size, small with enough room for 6 wires and 2 3 way connectors. The box seemed to seal well all around and will probably be waterproof. I just ordered more.

Easy to use; they work well I spliced four wires underground and it has been six months in wet conditions with no issues. These are sturdy. They have seals. I think these will do for the long haul (several years) underground and keeping the splices water-free). My application was with 10 gauge wire. It fit. Highly recommended.

Those connectors are good. Well built are great to connect low voltage wire outdoors. I have already used two of them. However the problem with the first set is that one of the tiny and short screws was missing. Amazon sent a replacement set, and again one screw missing. I will try again to find again a suitable replacement screw. I wonder if the manufacturer put those connectors thru a final quality check before shipping them out.

Good size. A little hard to work with just because of the small size but they're good. For good waterproof, the cords should be round and about ¼" to 5/16". ⅜ would be tight

I thought this would be like a single gang shallow box, but it is smaller than that. I was able to Make it work since it also took a smaller wires size than I had and why I gave it a 2 star on Easy to Use. 3 stars was due to size. Good for outside light or sprinkler wire but not standard rectangle 2 wire.

These boxes are well made and detailed. They work very well for their intended purpose. However for my application I had to drill holes in the box and cover to install a waterproof fuse holder and a waterproof switch. The wiring got quite tight inside the box but I couldn't use a box that was physically larger. One hint to make your life easier. The four screw holes for the cover are a bit too small for the screws. The screws are tiny and you'll strip the phillips head trying to force them in. Enlarge the holes with a #42 drill bit and the screws go right in and still hold tight.

Used to extend a power cable to a drainage pump that was about 2 feet short. Easy to use, IP68 rated if I remember correctly, which is pretty darn good. (I.e. Dust-Proof, continuously submersible beyond 1 meter) Acceptable price for small quantities. They have a good heft to them, call me old-school, but I feel more secure in it's quality when a product like this weighs a little more than nothing. My only gripe is that they seem to be limited to narrower cables, so don't expect to splice your 10ga extension cord that got run over by a lawn mower. They should give a maximum AWG capacity in description.

I wanted to bury some wires in the back yard for a sprinkler timer... this thing fell apart in my hand. The water proof component is a rubber ring that falls out when you put wires through. Junk product.

Die Durchführungen sind zu klein, ein Aussenkabel (3*1,5) kann man hier nur mit viel Kraftaufwendung durchführen. Es gibt nur einen Gummiring und keine weiteren Gummiadapter. Die Box hat den unter Wasser Einsatz (Staunässe bei Regen) auch nicht bestanden an den Kabeldurchführungen kam Wasser in die Box.
