It legit took away my appetite completely but I got it so I lose some water weight but now it’s just helping me lose weight all together ! Gives a big boost of energy too but then kinda get a bit anxiety as well same as what coffee does.

Ok these do NOT make you lose weight, so if that what you’re going for pass right now. These are not great for people that have caffeine sensitivity, they made me panicky, shakey and overall stressed, but again I can’t even drink coffee without getting the shakes. I won’t buy these again

When i go to our cabin in a higher altitude, my legs swell. Water retension. Then they hurt when I walk. These help so much, until I'm back at home, where everything returns to normal.
