Will this work out of the box with noobs or do you have to install additional drivers to support?

Yes, it worked right out of the box for me on a regular Gateway desktop (Linux OS) system. Rock-solid display. However, on a mini-PC system, I had a display right out of the box, but also saw lots of lines that looked like video noise most of the time (not always, but most of the time). I suspect I will have to load the drivers for this display onto the mini-PC, which runs Windows 10, to get rid of the lines.
