Exceedingly capable homelab streaming and remote rendering card.
Purchased for a homelab rack server running Linux and Plex and some other tools. Highly recommend for a lower cost modern high performance card, it isn't power hungry, and is very stable while it handles transcoding for multiple streams. The only downside I found was that HDMI output for large resolutions was highly limited due to the output path being native for display port and the HDMI bridge being lower speed; my display was just above the capability of the HDMI output, so I had to switch to the HDMI output from the CPU chipset.

A PLEX reencoding monster
Excellent value video when encoding for a PLEX server. I wanted to utilize the highly efficient AV1 codec and board storms through high quality conversions. AV1 plays fine on almost everything these days on PLEX with some device file configuration updates.

Great Media Encoding Transcoding GPU
I like this GPU for its media handling capabilities. It can encode, decode or transcode AV1 along with other codecs rapidly which was my primary reason for getting the A380. The 3D performance isn't award winning when I tried gaming with it, but lighter lower requirement or low graphic gaming worked really well. It's not a Cyberpunk 2077 GPU unless you like lower FPS gaming, just letting people know. Stability is much better considering Intel has spend a lot of time improving the drivers over the years. I'm happy about that. It does what I need it to do quite well, so it's a great lower powered GPU with a good value attached to it that I would recommend. Power consumption is pretty good, however the one thing I didn't like is the above average idle power consumption. That's the only issue I had with it and is why I reduced 1 star from my review. I even did all of the recommend adjustments that works for some, but it didn't do anything for me unfortunately.

Solid for the money
This gpu is fantastic. Dont let anyone tell you otherwise. If you are building a first desktop, this gpu will be enough for you. Especially coming from a laptop. This particular variant of the a380 pushes 4 teraflops and can boost up to 5. That is close to and equal to series s. It runs every game ive tried so well. It beats the tar out of integrated graphics. Temper your expectations if you are coming from a more powerful gpu than this. Its not gonna be a monster but its a very good deal for the money.

No HDMI prior to kernel loading if rebar/above 4g enabled
Purchased this to use for hardware encoding/decoding and object detection using the OpenVino framework in Frigate. Card probably works fine, but there's no signal on the HDMI port prior to the kernel loading when rebar/above 4G decoding are enabled, which makes troubleshooting problematic with a KVM over IP that uses HDMI. Very disappointed.

Budget but mighty
You typically don't expect much from a budget GPU. And rightly so, they obviously are not the most powerful GPUs. But for what you are paying, Intel seems to have delivered a mighty GPU core, and ASRock has once again integrated it into a cheap board with good build quality. This little two slot, single fan card is going to serve you well if you need something that can play low to mid range games at low to mid range settings. Uses a single power cable, classic 4x2 arrangement instead of the stupid 12VHPWR cable that Nvidia wants you to use (and subsequently burn your house down with). Installs cleanly, no different than any other GPU. Click it into your PCI slot, secure the screws onto the back of the case, and you are done. Card is lightweight, definitely not the type of card where you need to worry about it sagging from its own weight. Bear in mind that Intel drivers are still maturing, so old Direct3D9 games might still be a bit rocky.

3 monitors work, but 4 monitors don't.
Why make so many display ports if they don't work and glitch when you connect all the monitors? Let the manufacturer install as many ports as it can handle. This card doesn't work with the maximum number of monitors; it simply switches off via its ports. But for simple tasks, I think it's a good card.

The little graphic card that could!
This has been a great little graphics card, I put it in my server for video transcoding and it hasn't let me down yet. I'm able to run 6 streams without an issue and still have plenty of headroom to run more!

Quiet and decent for transcoding.
Used for transcoding in unraid. Really quiet and capable little card.

great value for the money
I like this video card a lot. I'm not a gamer, so I cannot judge how this card performs while playing games. I'm a graphic designer and I create images using Adobe software. This ARC A380 card does its job very well. Combining this with a motherboard that supports resizable BAR and installing the latest drivers, results in a very smooth experience, despite its rather modest specifications. I have another computer with a nvidia RTX with more or less same specifications, which operates at the same speed, but costs twice as much. For content creating, the ARC A380 does the job at an unbeatable price. And it's very quiet.

Asrock Challenger Intel Arc A380 GDDR6 6GB
I really like this graphics card. I am mostly using it on my HTPC to view Blu-ray movies ripped to my hard drive, which includes 4K movies too. The performance of the card is very good. I am not a serious gamer, but occasionally, I do play a few games. This graphics card does just fine on most games. I used to have an Asus AMD Radeon™ RX 6600, but this card outperforms the Asus card. Intel is releasing drivers more frequently now. This graphics card is definitely a good buy for everyone but the die hard gamer.
