These headphones work well for conference calls. The sound quality is great and I have no complain about my sound quality so I’d assume that the microphone works well too. The headphones are light weight but the ear covers are weirdly small. It doesn’t feel uncomfortable but it just didn’t feel right to me. The microphone also feels a bit too close to the mouth for me. The cord is very long, I had to fold part of it to keep my desk organized. The control is easy to use and I like having the mute button within hand reach. I’m not sure about the noise canceling feature because I work from home and things are usually quiet, I can still hear what’s going on around me but nothing that would bother me or other people on the call.It’s overall a decent enough headset and does what it’s supposed to do, I just prefer that the ear covers to be bigger.

This headset has a long cord and decent sound. The stereo separation is great. However, I cannot get this headset to fit comfortably. The inline phone and volume controls are well marked and are easy to use. These are premium priced and I thought they would fit more comfortably for all day wear.

For the majority of work I use wireless headsets since they let me move around a bit on calls. This being wired keeps you a bit more tethered, but obviously won't run out of battery on a marathon project review call.Sounds quality is pretty decent, but lets in a bit too much ambient noise if you're in a noisy environment.Overall a good backup headset with dedicated volume and mute controls. If it had included a USB-C to USB-A adapter it would have been five stars.

I work from home in IT management, and find myself on calls for about 1/3 or more of every day. I had been using a pair of Bluetooth Jabra headphones (over the ear, no boom mic) that has excellent audio quality for calls or music, but I was continually running into Bluetooth issues, not due to the headset, but due to my work environment. So with that in mind I decided to switch to a cabled headset and decided to view this AmazonCommercial Double Sided Wired USB Headset a try.The feel of the headset on my head is pretty decent. Nowhere near as comfortable as others that I have worn, but it is also quite lightweight and with that you should expect some trade offs.Sound quality from the headset is what I can only describe as MEH. For conference calls it's likely going to be fine, but I definitely cannot listen to music anymore in between calls. The music quality is just plain horrible. The dynamic range simply isn't there. But, it's true that I mainly want these for my conference calls, and for that purpose they work well enough.I have been told that the sound from my mic is good. My complaint with the boom mic is that it does not adjust in terms of closer or further from my face, it only pivots up and down. I'm a bigger dude, and I feel like the boom and mic are a bit too close to my face.The inline controls are nice, allowing you to adjust volume and mute. The cord is a good length, but because of how the cord was folded up, it hasn't straightened out yet, and it's been quite a while, so it's a little annoying.For the price of this headset I would expect an adjustable boom and better audio quality. With that I don't find these to be a particularly good value.

Great cheap headphones, usb port connection, fair sound and work nicely.

I ordered this for use at work on conference calls. It has good connectivity and sound quality. The microphone appears to be clear with reduced background noise. For it's intended purpose (conference/video calls) this is a good bit of kit. It is a bit more expensive than previous headsets i've had and the sound quality is not brilliant for music. But all in all this is a good quality product and is being used daily at work.

These are good for work related conference calls, or in my case going through Discord for playing D&D with friends.They feel fairly comfortable on the ears though maybe a little small for my head. There are certainly more comfortable headsets out there but you can still wear these for a few hours in relative comfort.The sound is pretty good. I could hear others speaking well enough and as far as I could tell I came through pretty clear for them also.It has a handy control on the wire which makes it easier to change things like volume etc.Overall a decent headset for work or play

This headset has an excellent range of adjustment, generous cable lengths, and I like the differing feel of the + (convex) and – (concave) volume controls.The sound quality of this headset is very good, as is the microphone. Overall, this headset is excellent value for money. It looks like it will stand up to lots of day to day use.I have used this headset regularly. In fact, I was on a 90 minute conference call this week. There was no discomfort wearing this headset for that long. I can’t comment on the noise cancelling as I work in our study with the door shut, so there is no background noise. I am happy to recommend this headset.
