It will work in a Ps5 yes according to the numbers they advertise; however you SHOULD use a heatsink 100%. Its not advised to use one in the PS5 without a heatsink at all. It will cause issues down the line.

Yes it would work, well it does on a gf76 11ud which is the same, just unscrew the screws on the bottom, lift off and insert the m.2 card in the slot, very simple, all done in a couple of minutes, you will notice the difference instantly

I don't know what your MX200 (MLC) and MX500 (TLC) are, but I have replaced an HDD with the Crucial MX500 SSD and it is night and day. Any bottlenecking that appears will be down to the subsystem and not the SSD. If you are really worried about bottlenecks, then perhaps you should consider a brand new state of the art PC.
