The pouring spout is excellent. No drips, no dribbles. The square, narrow bottle is very easy to handle. But before you pour, rOtate the bottle so the lOng side of the spout is dOwn. Tip the bottle slowly and smoothly as you pour. Clean hands, clean bottle! It's great oil, too, with a very smooth fruit flavor.

Best olive oil around and the convenience of the "incorporated funnel" makes it very easy to get just the right amount and deliver it to the right spot.

Cobram Estate actually provides criteria that is only found in the best olive oils: sources, expiration dates, certified by organizations that grade olive oil as the best. Also, grown entirely in California. Grassy, sharp taste.

Very good real extra virgin olive oil

We use a lot of olive oil in our home, especially my husband, who loves to cook. But I make the salads, and recently I’d been on the search for a really good olive oil for salad dressing, where the quality makes a serious difference in taste. Several product review sources recommend this one, and it did not disappoint. It made a delicious vinaigrette-- more nuanced and complex, fruity, but with a peppery accent. It’s also great for dunking bread. It’s a bit pricey, but to use it with just salad dressings or for dunking—where the flavor of the oil really matters—is worth it.

Box in a box with bubble wrap and secured with cardboard around the bottle neck. The pull tab to open the cap just ripped off, so I spent a few minutes using a box cutter. I like the spring loaded spout that retracts back into the bottle. Taste is in fact very fruity. Slight bitter and spice after taste. Will use this as a finishing oil on salads and pizzas. Anything that needs oil drizzled in and not cooked.
