High Powered Woofer With Aramid Fibre Cone | 6.5" Driver, 8 Ohms, 250W

A very impressed unit for it's size. It has some weight to it, and the performance has been excellent. Really good bass and clear audio from this driver for a single voice coil. The construction is sturdy with a well finished frame. Brilliant value and excellent performance at just under £20 on sale.

Made my own speakers, used these with new tweeters plus bass and treble switch, the Sony 190 amp I'm using needs good speakers for the bass, I can't fault what comes out, good bass and treble, sounds very good.

Excellent for the price standpoint. Shame they don't come with any specifications for the enclosure sizing. These do require a sealed enclosure as i calculated the Qts to be around 1.0 as the Fs value was 59/60Hz. See how they fair in the long run!

I have had many of these over the past 6 years or so.. not because they have broken, but because I always seem to find a project to use them on! I have found that these things are just amazing for automotive use. I bought my most recent pair to use as midbass door speakers in my custom build. I originally had some Ground Zero reference drivers installed but my friend put his foot through one getting in the car! I didn't want to fork out for another set of those! The system is ran though a DSP and each driver is amped at 100 watts, crossover set at 50hz and 8khz with a 12db slope so the subwoofer and tweeters take over. I found drivers only needed a small amount of EQing to even out the response. Overall I am so impressed with the performance and sound quality of these drivers. They are installed in custom door cards with a ton of sound deadening and proper sealing which helps bring them alive! As long as you don't overpower or under power them, get the crossovers right, take some time with positioning and placement they will surprise you!

I have a set of Mission floor standing speakers. They both need replacement speakers. I did my research and these speakers did not fail at all. I used these speakers as the replacement bass speaker, they sounded deep and clear with a good bass response. My speaker boxes have active crossovers and I was so impressed I replaced the midrange speakers with these speakers too. With my setup they sound fantastic I would say they sound even better than the original ones which were getting old. I read a lot of reviews saying the connection tabs were to long or in the wrong place. I did what most of the people did and used a set of small nose pliers and bent them and a right angle no problem at all and they fitted perfectly. I bought one to test and ended up buying 4 in total. I would definitely recommend these speakers.

Fitted these speakers into a pair of old loudspeaker cabinets and they brought life to an old stereo sound system.

Excellent, good quality

Purchased for a current project, still awaiting completion, I tested these in an old Goodmans cabinet with tweeters, and the result was much more than I had expected. Great bass and mid output, even at high volumes, clear and smooth. Excellent value

Ottimi woofer, li ho acquistati per sostituire quelli vecchi che erano distrutti e quindi non potevo più accedere l'hifi, grazie a questi woofer le casse hanno ripreso vita, il suono è pulito ovviamente devono fare un pò di rodaggio all'inizio ma vi assicuro che producono un bel basso sono abbastanza pesanti struttura molto robusta il cono è fatto con un'ottimo materiale e il magnete è molto grande, ho dovuto apportare qualche piccola modifica alle casse perché il foro di montaggio doveva essere un pò più grande rispetto a quelle originali ma alla fine sono rimasto soddisfatto del risultato, lo cosiglio

Ich wollte aufgrund des Alters meiner Lautsprecher (30 Jahre +) und der Aufgabe der Sicken, nicht mehr so viel Geld ausgeben.... und habe mich für diese entschieden. KEINE FEHLENTSCHEIDUNG. Schöner präziser Klang, luftig und im oberen Mitteltonbereich und präzise im oberen Bass. Wunderbar 👍👍👍Perfekte Mitteltontreiber !!! Vlt. besorge ich noch Infinity-Bändchen... Klasse Treiber aber definitiv 16,5cm nicht 17cm. Klare Kaufempfehlun
