The experience so far is amazing. Smoothly connects to atleast 2 devices I have connected with. The keys are soft too, so no complaints so far. Will review again in sometime to see if the experience is still positive...

I am typing this out using the keyboard while on the bus to college. Keyboard and mouse works for both my phone VR headset and laptop, both are comfortable to use and quite convenient as the keyboard is quite lightweight while still having all the full sized keys and an extremely long battery life. I am loving the bluetooth switching capabilities. The keyboard isn't especially quiet, but it's perfectly acceptable for my needs, even in a public space. The mouse on the other hand is very quite when clicking. Not sure how long they will last, but seems well made.

I've been using this keyboard since 2024 on a daily basis. it works great. Reducing the cable count in my workspace and making my day a little better because of it. With only one of my computers did it fail to work. That turned out to be sub-standard Bluetooth hardware on my machine. The addition of a USB dongle finally fixed that. I get about 10 days of use from the internal batteries, and an overnight change has me back in the saddle the following morning. Nice work Artek. Oh, and their customer service team were really helpful in the beginning when I had an issue (which turned out to be me - lol).

Comfortable keyboard and mouse. Work well with both Mac and PC. No real lag at first connection and perfect throughout with no drop outs. Switch off automatically when connection goes. Some symbols are hard to see on the keys due to the colour coding. Dedicated switch on keyboard but it's a single switch on the mouse to cycle through which is fiddly if you need to swap often. Be great if they talked and you could have a proper Bluetooth KVM but I know that's not happening. Mouse is smooth and good in use. I'm still not sure what the mouse dpi is for but in practice it makes it more or less sensitive (and therefore may require a change of sensitivity in the computer mouse settings to get the feel you want). Excellent value.

Really good kit - good quality and works exactly as stated

I originally left a 1-star review due to persistent connection failures that made the keyboard unusable in daily work. The device would drop connection mid-use across all three Bluetooth channels, even with no competing devices. In practice, this made it unreliable for meetings and prolonged use, which is not acceptable for a primary input device. After several months with no response, I replaced it with an alternative and wrote it off as a loss. Following my review, the seller contacted me and provided a replacement unit. The replacement is not Bluetooth and is a lower-cost model, although otherwise similar. That action is the reason for revising this review. In terms of hardware, the keyboard itself is well designed. The build quality is solid, key travel is comfortable, and the layout and ergonomics are good for extended use. When functioning correctly, it is a very good keyboard. However, the delay in support matters. This is a core work tool. A failure like this needs rapid resolution, not weeks of inaction. The replacement also does not match the original specification or value. Revised rating: 3 stars

Very pleased with the purchase so far. I was expecting 30 minutes grappling under my desk to access the USB Ports on the rear of my desktop adding a USBA unifier dongle so was very pleasantly surprised to see connection to both keyboard and mouse is directly via bluetooth. The build quality seems good and both keyboard and mouse loaded without any issues. Adding a laptop and mobile on the other 2 channels were also both equally straight forward. I had both keyboard and mouse controlling 3 devices in less than 15 minutes. Keyboard action feels very comfortable, the key action is positive and very quiet and the mouse has a positive feel. On line 2 year warranty response from Arteck within 2 working days with the offer of a full 5 year warranty. My only criticism if I am nit picking is the font size of the instructions is very small. A link to an on line PDF instruction sheet that could be zoomed in would be helpful for those with older eyes!

So far, the quality seems good. The packaging and documentation are good, but the font of the directions is too small. The directions are clear. The mouse design is good. The curve is high enough to fit the cup of the hand, making it comfortable to hold, while minimizing fatigue. The side buttons are up and out of the way. On other mice with side buttons, I would often click the buttons inadvertently as I gripped the mouse. Following the directions, the mouse was paired and running in less than a minute. The keyboard has good spacing and feel of the keys. The only thing I would ask to improve it, is back-lit keys. Apparently it had a bug, because though it paired, the signal from the keys wasn’t going through. I still gave five stars though. Because customer service was quick with a response and suggestions. When that didn’t work, I thought I would waste time, waiting for them to receive the return before they mailed me another. However, they immediately sent out a replacement, with full warranty, and no hassles. That’s something you don’t see every day. I would buy from them again.

マルチポイントのキーボードとマウスを探していて価格も手ごろなので購入しました。 在宅勤務用PCと個人PCを使い分けのため。 キーのタッチが不安でしたが、これまでのフルキーほどのストロークはないですが、思ったより手になじみます。 ３台のPCにBT接続していますが繋がりは良好です。 残念な点が二つ。 １． キーボードとマウスとマウスのセット品なので、キーボードの１～３のボタンでマウスも同時に切り替わるかと思ったのですが、残念。 キーボードとマウスのそれぞれ別々に切り替え作業が必要でした。 また、マウスの１～３の切り替えはサイドにある設定ボタンを１回または２回押すことで切り替えます。設定されるチャンネルは表示されるので問題ないですが、微妙に煩わしい。 ２．Function切り替えボタンを押すと、F1~12 またはメディアキーに切り替わりますが、現在どちらになっているかがわからないところが、使いにくい うらを返せば、キーボードの１～３押下でマウスも同時に切り替わって、かつ、Function切り替え状態がわかるか両方実装されていればベストでしょうか。 それ以外に不満なくおおむね満足して使っています

The bluetooth connection is very good. And the keyboard is much comfortable to type, enough gap between each keys. Mouse is comfortable to hold, easy to switch. I like it
