After purchasing nearly 4 other types of blinds for my nursery I'm happy to say these are the best budget blackout blinds out there! They look clean, they roll up nice and overall I'm very happy. For reference my windowsill is 30.5" wide from where the window track pokes out but the window itself is 31", and the top depth is barely 2". Finding something that would sit into the frame to block as much light and sit fully flush was nearly impossible. After everything I tried these are the best for what I needed. Weight is super light but the blind itself feels very thick, not a flimsy fabric. Blackout is pretty good despite the edges showing through. The white with the matching aluminum valance is true to color. Install is SUPER easy

I installed these blackout roller shades to reduce heat in the summer and keep the rooms warmer in the winter. After two years of use and even reinstalling them in a new apartment, they continue to work extremely well and have noticeably improved the temperature inside my home. --- Performance / Testing These shades block sunlight very effectively and significantly reduce heat during the summer. In the winter, they help keep the cold out, making the rooms feel more insulated and stable in temperature. I have them installed above the window frame (not inside‑mount), and they still provide excellent coverage. They also helped lower my electricity bill because my central AC doesn’t have to work as hard. The blackout fabric performs well, but it can wrinkle if pressed or if objects lean against it. The wrinkles don’t affect function, but they are visible. --- Build & Design The design is simple, discreet, and blends easily with different room styles. Good quality, easy to install and blackout thickness is perfect. I installed three of these blinds in my kitchen, where the direct desert sun is brutal in summer. I added handmade top frame valances and a valance curtain on the longest one to block out strips of light resulting from the inside mounting gap that occurs when blind is unrolled down to window sash. AOSKY provided prompt, excellent customer service: they offer helpful advice with measuring, sizes to order and problem solving (my windows are not perfectly square). High quality products w/illustrated instructions. Highly recommend!

I wanted Something simple that i can Put on my doors in the summer. I need Coverage only in the late afternoons. These were easy to hang. Very light weight and go up and down easily so far. Keep the sun out. I have Shades on my outside patio but the wind drives me nuts. The price was great

I am giving these AOSKY roller shades a solid five stars. I chose the dark gray and the color is exactly what I was hoping for—it looks very high quality and modern. The fit was perfect right out of the box, and the ease of installation was fantastic; I had them up quickly with no issues. Honestly, it was harder, taking out my old blinds. In terms of functionality, the shades operate smoothly and quietly. The biggest surprise was the dramatic improvement in cold air blockage. These shades make a noticeable difference in regulating the room temperature, which is exactly the extra idea I was looking for. I will say that at first I ordered linen and I thought it looked nothing like it did on the website. It looked very creamy and yellowy so I had to return those and got the gray and they are so much better.

La persiana es de buena calidad, pero CUIDADO solo se puede instalar dentro de un marco de ventana cuadrado o fijado al techo. No se puede instalar sobre soporte de pared, lo cual no funciona para techos altos o ventanas semicirculares

We have purchased a few of these black out blinds in white and black. They are wonderful for its ease of installation, black out capabilities and price and delivery :) They fit exactly into the window frame very easily and rolls down beautifully. If I ever had one suggestion, both sides are not the same colour, you have to choose which side you wish to view and the other mismatching colour is still viewed as its rolled up, while this would be wonderful if both sides were the same colour it is not a dealbreaker. We already have 4 installed from last year, this time I purchased 7 in white and black, this photo is just one of them installed on a longer yet shorter window, very pleased.
