Get this book for stretching your muscles.
This a very good book with simple, easy to follow instructions that cover the whole body. The illustrations emphasize the muscles that are being stretched. This book was just what I needed.

Amazing results
This book has helped my flexibility, and I have moved from walker to cane to almost no cane. My muscles are stronger and able to handle the day to day walking I need to do. It is nice to walk without equipment to assist and I can enjoy the outdoors like one should. Thank you.

Stretching with Jim!
I love the book as much as I do the other books that James has written. I think Jim might actually be stalking me and seeing where I struggle with my routines because every time I need help or guidance with something he publishes something to help me. This is no different. Easy to follow and understand and exactly what I need. I can't wait to see and feel the results as I really am stiff all the time and I know it's because I never stretch... Thanks Jim for another book. You have helped me add years to my life. Really, you've helped me so much on my health journey.

Aging with body aches
I spent 4 years in the Marine Corps, jogging, lifting weights and Tae Keon Do. Over the years, my muscles have locked up. This is the plan I needed. Thanks James!

Great help to improve mobility

I like the format of these books.
Information about stretching without overwhelming information, then, several routines to follow with explanations of the choices of stretches, then a guide on how to set up your own routine based on your needs. There are blank exercise cards to fill in, a full body workout routine and a 2 day split which is interesting. The second half of this stretching book is filled with exercise choices for each body part with clear descriptions and pictures. All in all a great book for those who are looking to learn more about stretching and flexibility with actionable information.

Really good book!
Tones of different stretches, with visual diagrams. The visual diagrams also explain a person's starting position, with the movements to be made during the exercise. Tells why a person should be stretching, possible routines to use, and more areas in the book.

Great book
These books are straight to the point no jargon or degree needed to understand. This book and the one on bodyweight have been a great eye opener for me. After an injury in my shoulder from resistance training and my joints feeling stiff at 52. I decided to concentrate on mobility and bodyweight. Now I can create my own workouts and move better before going back on the weights.
