what ingredient is it pickled with? vinegar or white wine?

I think it's vinegar. Not sure. But after eating more, you're teeth start to feel weird and kind of hurt a little bit. I love the taste though.

Is that sauerkraut raw or cooked, I mean do we have to rinse it and cook it with white wine ... or can we just re-heat the content of the tin?

Not sure i just cook it in the frying pan or saucepan with a little butter when i drained it
