Best headphones -loyal customer for years now!
Absolutely love these headphones! This is my third pair! (Not because the previous two failed but because I am one of those people that loses things ๐) The Jabra Evolve 2 even comes with a usb-c dongle that plugs in and instantly connects to whatever device you are trying to use! Itโs fantastic for when you donโt want to actually hassle with BT pairing to a new device. Highly recommend for people who arenโt tech savvy. The noise cancellation is unreal!!!!! You cannot hear your noisy neighbors on airplanes or while grocery shopping. The sound quality is awesome, thatโs the main reason I have stuck with this brand for so long! 100% worth every penny! Charge is also phenomenal, there are work days that I am on the phone for literal hours and inbetween calls listing to podcast. I can easily go 8 straight hours with these in and on. The case itself hold a long charge as well so I only plug it into the charging cable once a week. (This all varies on use/volume/anc) Seriously cannot stress enough how much I love these headphones. If you are on the fence, just do it! They come with multiple size ear pieces so they can custom fit to your ears. I chose these headphones over the Apple AirPods any day, they stay in even when running around or being active.

Simply not worth it
At first I liked the product as I am frequently on the phone for work. However I have given this product an honest try, and it doesn't seem to be very compatible with my body. They consistently fall out of my ears (even with trying all of the various size adjustments the product comes with, and for some reason I get a headache after extended use. Another thing that happened is for some reason my ears ooze ear wax at a rapid pace if I use this product too frequently. I never had this issue before, so I abstained from using this product for a period of time(two weeks) and my ears went back to normal, no headaches etc, I then tried to give them a try again, and the same problems occurred. It is unfortunate as the Jabra brand is typically associated with being the best quality etc. These are also rather expensive product and they don't seem to be very compatible with my body. Noise cancelation is not very good. Overall very disappointed in this product and the Jabra brand.

Personally, I think itโs overpriced.
The product works as it should. In Teams and Zoom, the microphone works well and cancels noise. However, it does not work properly with WhatsApp. If youโre not in a quiet environment while using WhatsApp, people wonโt be able to hear you at all. It doesnโt matter whether youโre using a Galaxy or an iPhone 17 Pro Max.

Works with Teams!
I bought these earbuds because I wanted a wireless solution for all the Teams meetings I have. I tried other wireless earbuds or head sets, but none of them were reliable with Teams. I could usually hear the meeting, but the mic never worked. I used a wired set for a while, which do work, but the wires got in the way while I tried to take notes. These work with Teams but you need to use them in a specific way and be aware of peculiarities with Teams. Before you launch the Meeting install the USB adapter - you MUST use this adapter, do not use the Bluetooth connection to your PC!! Next install one or both earbuds. Do not add a second earbud during the meeting if you started with one - you will lose the mic. If you walk away from your PC during a meeting and go out of range, you will lose the mic. Do not connect these earbuds to any other device besides the PC you plan to use it with. I had mine also connected to my phone for a short while and had intermittent issues with, you guessed it, the mic, during Teams meetings. I hate Teams in general, and hate the incompatibility with practically everything. I hate the way it drops me out of meetings occasionally or I lose audio totally during a meeting. And the list could go on. Never had these issues with WebEx or Zoom or GoToMeeting. But Teams is a whole different animal. Unfortunately itโs cheap, and bundled with MS 365, so many companies are adopting it.

One step forward, two steps back!
I'm so disappointed in this next iteration of Jabra earbuds aimed to help the mobile professional. First, let me preface my review by stating I've owned the Elite 75t as well as (currently) the Elite 85t, so that is the reference point for comparisons from my personal experience. Call clarity and quality over Zoom when connected to my work laptop via the USB C connection has a "tinny" quality to it; it's noticably less rich and full as the Elite 85t. It's actually quite distracting. Volume output using the same connection is significantly lower; where I find 28-30 in Windows is adequate for the 85t, the Evolve2 have to be double that to get the same output. This would be a huge problem on any calls where a participant is quieter than the others. I don't like the "muted"/"unmuted" audible confirmation that occurs even if someone is talking during a call (or if I am, for that matter). I have the voice feedback turned on for my 85t set, and they don't do this. It's extremely distracting. There are sporadic (what I would call) audible artifacts heard over the USB C connection when in use. I didn't test Bluetooth because the whole selling point of these was to get better battery life and further range using the new USB C connection instead of relying solely on BT. My biggest complaint: the fit and comfort of these is abysmal. Nowhere near as sleek and comfortable as the 85t. I attribute this primarily to the ovular shape of the 85t fit when compared to the traditional circular shape fit of these. This is a step in the wrong direction for comfort and a decent ear seal without causing wear fatigue. Battery life is stellar, but that doesn't matter to me when factoring-in all the other sacrifices Jabra appears to have made just to extend the battery life and range. I really wanted to like these, they are well-built. Unfortunately, for my use case they don't meet my QOL needs, and I wouldn't recommend them. It looks like I'll be buying a second pair of the 85t to use for work days with back to back calls since I can't usually get more than 4 hours out of those.

I found this to be problematic, the different settings were difficult, just putting the buds back in the charger felt back to front, not a matter of taking out of your ear and placing in charger, had to be turned around to sit, the buds also sat gingerly in my ears and easily fell out. I bought little loops which sit over my rear to hold buds in, also complicated. No longer use and only maybe two months old.

Love these for workouts. Bought them for work but ended up using them for exercising and on flights instead. The noise canceling ability is really good for an earbud.

Edit: March 23, 2024, Jabra support helped me get one of the issues resolved so on windows machine when the laptop goes to sleep the USB port also goes to sleep and this causes the issue of me having to unplug/plug the dongle for the windows to detect the dongle. On windows there is an option where you can set that the USB port not to sleep which resolved that issue. After this I would rate these buds to 4.5 stars. Intro: I used to use Jabra 85t and 85h for work, but they were not consistent and sometimes kept disconnecting from the laptop. yes, they do work when connected, but during a meeting call with no reason, they drop connection and restart. So I was in the market to get a decent headset for work. I mostly work in a quiet environment using Windows laptops and an android phone Samsung S24. I originally purchased the Microsoft teams type C version which worked fine but I hated that I could not higher or lower the volume from the buds, I didnt like that the right buds buttons are locked for teams and I understand that this needs to be done for the buds to fully work with teams like answering calls, or opening teams โฆetc. So I decided to return and get the UC type c version. PROS: - Call quality is good now I am not sure how clear it is but I used them for 2 weeks on back to back calls with no complaints at all, used them for windows MS teams calls and phone calls The UC version works great with teams and allows volume control. - mute/unmute mic directly from the buds - battery is amazing and if you are low on battery you can use one of the ear buds and charge the other and it takes 10 mins to give you a descent charge for the rest of the day. The sound quantity is great. I do prefer the sound quality from my Galaxy Buds 2 pro because Bud 2 Pro seems to be more rich, but the Jabra are still great and balanced. If I had to choose one I would go with the Jabra because they are great for personal and work while galaxy buds 2 pro they are perfect for my phone but not really meant for laptop windows (although there is a windows app and it can work but battery and consistency of the connecting and controls is not as good as the Jabra) - during calls, it creates a nice block of noise around you that keeps you focused on the call while you are still aware of the surroundings. I do work in a quiet environment, no dogs, no babies crying, or people talking beside me. I can walk far away from my desk, and the connection is really good Multipoint connection between phone and laptop is amazing and fast. I can use either buds left or right if I want to. The adapter is amazing. I connect all my Bluetooth devices to the adapter. That way, I dont have to switch Bluetooth if I want to switch between devices. The adapter allows to connect to any brand, not just Jabra devices. - amazing comfort, but they can get my ear tired after multiple hours of use. Taking a few mins in between helps. - hear through is really good and natural compared to my galaxy buds 2 pro. - they are more comfortable than the 85t, which are very bulky. Those buds are very tiny, and I can see myself using them for quick naps. Cons: Every day, I need to unplug and plug back the adapter for it to work with MS teams properly I had to do this with the MS version. They do work without doing this, but mute/unmute does not sync with teams, and the connection does not allow to work far away unless I do so. Jabra please fix this. - they are in earbuds, so after long usage, my ears can sometimes get tired and need to take a break. The first 2 hrs is fine, but good to take breaks for a few mins before I can resume again using them. The case is a little bit bigger than the usual buds The case gets dirty easily, but they also get cleaned easily Overall, I am very satisfied with this, and they are my go-to buds when it comes to work and personal. I use them daily for work and listening to music during the day and answer calls. I have not received a complaint that they can not hear me or my voice is not clear. I have not used them in any noisy environment, so I can not speak about that part and mainly use hear through, which looks really, really good. Highly recommend them for a quiet environment. The UC version is the way to go because it offers more flexibility and controls.
