ZW2 TDS Meter, Replacement for Zerowater Tester

We have been using a ZeroWater system for years, and the original TDS meter that came with it finally stopped working after heavy use. Instead of replacing the entire water filtration setup just because the tester had reached the end of its life, I decided to try this eSeasongear ZW2 TDS meter as a replacement. So far, it has been exactly what I needed. One thing I like about using a TDS meter with our ZeroWater system is that it takes the guesswork out of deciding when the filter needs to be changed. Rather than replacing a filter based only on how long it has been installed, I can test the water and see how the reading changes. That is especially useful because filter life can vary depending on the quality of the incoming tap water and how much water you use. The meter itself is simple. Turn it on, place the testing end in the water, and you get a digital reading without a complicated setup. That is exactly what I wanted. Our original tester was just as easy to use, so I was looking for a replacement that would let us keep the same routine without learning anything new. I also like the slim design because it is easy to store next to our ZeroWater pitcher and doesn't take up much room. Since we use it regularly to check our filtered water, having something small and convenient makes a difference. Our original ZeroWater TDS meter lasted us for years, so I really cannot complain that it eventually stopped working. After getting so much use out of it, I needed another meter that could take its place. This one has been a convenient and affordable solution. If you have a ZeroWater pitcher or dispenser and your original tester has been lost, damaged, or finally quit working after years of use like ours did, this is a very useful replacement to have. There is no need to replace an otherwise perfectly good filtration system just because the little TDS tester is no longer working. Very happy with this purchase. It let us keep testing our ZeroWater like we always have, and I would buy this meter again if I ever needed another replacement.
