Wenco 518550 water bath, Melting Bowl

This is surprising small (will sit in a milk pan) but when you start using it you realise that you probably don't need bigger, otherwise you'll waste chocolate around the bowl. Good quality and I've also used it melt butter and keep it liquid until needed with the residual heat in the water, rather than let it explode in the microwave. The handle is really helpful for adding the contents to your recipe but remember to use a cloth between it and your hand if you are heating on high, because the handle is all metal, so does conduct the heat.

Hatte mir die Schmelzschale bestellt, da ich keine Lust mehr hatte, meinen Schokolade in Tassen zu schmelzen. Anfangs war ich etwas überrascht, da der Artikel doch ziemlich klein wirkte. Hatte ihn heute allerdings mit 200gr. Schokolade getestet und muss sagen, dass ich echt begeistert bin. Die Menge passt ohne Probleme in die Schale, würde fast behaupten, dass die doppelte Menge locker rein passt. Die Schokolade schmilzt relativ schnell und gleichmäßig, auch finde ich es klasse, dass der Boden eben ist und es so möglich ist, sie abzustellen. Zudem wird der Griff beim Schmelzen nicht heiß, sprich er ist ohne Probleme anzufassen. Bin echt begeistert von der Schmelzschale, super Preis und super Artikel.

Ce petit bol pour bain marie est idéal pour toutes mes préparations cosmétique. Il est très pratique, le manche ne brûle pas malgré qu'il soit légèrement chaud. Le petit bec verseur est top pour transvaser les préparations directement dans leurs récipients avant que ça refroidisse. Je recommande ce produit .

Pratico pentolino per la cottura a bagnomaria, è piccolo piccolo ma ha il manico lungo ed un comodo gancio che rende stabile l'appoggio su un'altra pentola. L'ho comprato per sciogliere la cera ma dev'essere senza dubbio molto comodo anche per gli usi classici in cucina, come burro, cioccolato etc. Ha anche due piccole svasature sul bordo per versare il prodotto sciolto senza difficoltà. Per il prezzo proposto non aspettatevi acciaio inox 18/10 ma per l'uso che se ne fa in casa è ottimo!
