Good lock.
It worked for what I needed. I can now lock my garage. Turns smoothly, feels sturdy. Had to order this because the universal ones in the store are not universal. Wish this had an option for a slightly longer center post as this only reaches halfway into my turning mechanism I am afraid it may someday lock me out. Not docking a star though as it may be a non standard setup.

Quality replacement for my garage door
My daughter bought a mobile home with a shed that had an ideal garage door but the keys were missing so we found this replacement door handle. Exact match for what we had, easy install, comes with two keys, quality material and the lock functions well.

the key was difficult to make duplicate
I got one is worked, but the key's teeth was too tiny, almost flat. I went to HD and Lowes to make an extra one, all failed, their machine cannot duplicate cut. that may be easy to get flatted.

Easy Installation, Keyed for Convenience
Moved into a house where the third car garage door handle didn’t have a key. Very inexpensive replacement solution that installed in 5 minutes and works great.

Great product
Perfect for what I needed. I did have to modify it to fit my specific needs, but I knew that before purchasing it.

Nice looking and feels good
Exactly what I was looking for. Feels good though the lock is a bit stuff and the key doesn't slide in nice and smoothly. Might grease it to see if it improves. However apart from that it does the job. And it's actually metal. **Update** Greased the lock and it is way smoother.

Needs shorter screws
Install went fairly well. The only issues I had were: 1. The screws provided were too long and I basically had to over tighten them in order for them to hold the handle tightly. 2. The lock ring on the back of my original door was hard to take off and cracked but the new lock didn’t come with one. 3. No backing plate to secure screws to fiberglass door. (Luckily my old hand had them. Solution for manufacturers: 1. Provide missing parts that are negligible but necessary. 2. Provide screws that are half the size of the longer screws provided. The quality of the handle is similar to the Clopay T-handle I removed and fit almost 1:1. The lock and keys worked smoothly. The Clopay handle had a rubber gasket between the door and the handle. It was not provided in the new one but could be a good addition. Not bad overall.
