as someone diagnosed with bruxism a good 12 years ago I can vouch for this product in terms of both cost, fit, quality, and durability. I've had professionally fitted bite guards for years following dental reconstructive surgery to install crowns, and they don't last. I can chew through one in under 3 months as they're always thin plastic. this product is *not* thin plastic - there must be a good 3mm to 4mm of material in all the important places, they're just as comfortable to wear as the professionally fitted ones, and at a fraction of the price in comparison to the professionally fitted bite guards this is far better value. if I were to compare the fit I would say it's more akin to a boxing mouth guard than the professionally fitted bite guards, but after sleeping with these things in my mouth for years I'm honestly just happy to get a good night's sleep without worrying about grinding my teeth. just don't expect a vaccuum seal to your teeth. I kick myself for trusting a private dentist and not trying these sooner. things to bear in mind: ***please follow the instructions*** - do not submerge these in anything near boiling water for more than the recommended length of time. I read another reviewer complaining they melted one - you left it in the water too long. * when you clean these after use do not submerge them in anything near boiling water, as this will cause them to go into their soft state again. you only need lukewarm water to clean them. UPDATE: I chewed through my first one of these in just over 6 months. considering I do that in 3 of 4 months normally this is really good, and a fraction of the price.

Very good and a reasonable price. It has improved my sleep but i do struggle to speak with it in place when i wake up. I found the moulding quite easy too.

The main point to make about the product is that the instructions on the box are incorrect. I noticed someone had left a poor feedback with their mould in a ball where it had melted. I watched the video before I bought it and scanned the QR code to watch it again from the box. The instructions on the box tell you to sit it in the boiling water for 60-90 seconds! It only needs 15 seconds…no wonder it melted into a blob! It was very quick, easy and straightforward to create the mould and it sat comfortably in my mouth. I’ve used it for one night so far and have had a good night sleep.

The product is ok, I can't get on with it because they're so thick and uncomfortable but might suit others. Easy enough to mould but not so easy to wear.

I grind my teeth in my sleep and this works a treat, first time using them was a faff getting the fit right but now I am used to it very easy to do. Bonus is that they are so much cheaper than the custom ones from the dentist

Although I received some really great support from the seller, I do need to score these down as whenever I wear them I tend to get sores in my mouth. I do have really good oral hygiene, being older I am worried about gum disease etc It might not be the guard, but when I don’t wear it my mouth is ok (I get the headaches from TMJ however and so I’m pretty screwed at the min ha!) The seller contacted me and offered 1:1 support to make sure my guard was moulded properly and I received a refund. I can’t fault the company. The mouth guards just aren’t for me.

I like the case and the foil for hygiene but it's not good. Too big, too thick. I can't close my mouth as it sticks out so much. Even trimming the top off by cutting it away didn't help. If you are a man with a big mouth it might be good for you but it's not made for women.

Great product,good quality nice and small in my mouth thin but still strong , no discomfort , easy to mould
