If you are training to be a coach this book is for you. Well written and easy to read. Full of really useful information.

While the content is excellent I’m giving this three stars because the print quality is terrible. Some of the words are hard to read because of a really bad font and poor print quality. I’m disappointed as this is an expensive book and it’s hard to certain bits. Sage has really dropped the ball on this.
