No, sadly. There are some Pilates-esque movements scattered throughout the workouts and a limited yoga routine, but no specific Pilates routine.If you're after bodyweight-only routines, though, this product has plenty!

Yoga yes, pilates not really (there is an exercise where you kick and punch but I wouldn't call it pilates)

Will it work with on xbox one with the right kinect for one?

I don't believe so (although haven't tested it). The kinects for Xbox 360 and Xbox One are very different so I don't believe Xbox 360 kinect games are compatible with the Xbox One at all.
