Are these the big chalks, not the usual blackboard size, but large for toddlers?

They are large. they measure 4" long and a chubby 3/4" diameter. They are for 4+ years old. This is not small chalkboard chalk like you had in school...

Is the glitter water soluble also?

I used all the specialty colors on a chalkboard and they both erased and wiped away with a damp paper towel without issue.

Do they come individually wrapped?

They are wrapped in groups based on color. At least that's how mine were.

Is this product good to use?

Honestly it seems somewhat inbetween blackboard chalk and sidewalk chalk. It's way better than most sidewalk chalks you find, but kinda less than an actual professional side walk chalk kit. It contains at least 5x more pigment that your typical sidewalk chalks. Seems to be a lil starchy in its make up still. Glides smooth. As other state its a good beginner set for professionals.
