I kept having lower back pain ever since I was required to work from the office, increasing from 3 days a week to 4. I thought I was just getting old, so I didn’t take the back pain seriously until I noticed that I didn’t feel any pain at all after a long holiday. That’s when I figured out it was all about my office chair! After reading many reviews saying that people’s lower back pain disappeared instantly with this lumbar support pillow, I bought it right away. To be honest, I found it so comfy especially the way it rounded my waist so well with full support but it took me about a week to get used to it. My lower back pain improved day by day, and after two weeks, ALL the pain was gone! It really does take some time to adjust to it to get the best results, but it’s definitely a game-changer! I can’t recommend it enough.

It worked so well for me at my office, I ordered two more for home. I WFH 2x week from my dining room table that seats 8 and with vintage chairs. Whether a modern office hair or vintage wooden chairs with a padded seat, these lumbar supports really work well... especially for laptop work. Unlike the "roll" type cushion design that I previously used, with these Samsonite cushions, I don't even need to think much about body positioning...or constantly shift around. The stitching, seams, fabric, foam performance, straps, buckles... all seem to be good quality.

This lumbar pillow is really comfortable and supportive — it helps my lower back a lot when I’m sitting at my desk or driving for long periods. The memory foam contours nicely to your back, and the cover feels soft and easy to clean. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it’s a bit firmer than I expected. I personally prefer something slightly softer for all-day use, but that’s just personal preference. Overall, it’s high-quality, effective, and makes sitting for long hours much easier. I’d recommend it if you want extra support for your chair.

Helps my back a lot!

I bought this new but received what looks like a possibly used item. As other reviewers have stated, there appears to be small black hairs on the inside if you unzip it. Now, to be fair I'm unsure if it's actually human hair or simply remnants of the manufacturing process. It's possible they could be from the outer casing as they do match the black color. No way to tell for sure, but it was certainly off-putting. Also, this back pillow will not fit securely all chairs, or at least it didn't with mine. It's fine when using it, I'm only talking about when not in use, i don't like how it is loosely secured. To explain, my office chair has a mild curve to the back of it. Problem is, this back pillow lines up with the apex of the curved chair back, and since this only has one strap on the middle of it it ends up just kind of loosely sitting there with a big gap a the top where it doesn't make contact with the back of the chair. Not a big deal and does not affect it's usefulness, but i still don't like it. The solution to this is to have 2 straps to secure it, one on the top and one on the bottom. Other similar back pillows sold here do have that, so i bought one of those instead, and it did solve that issue. Other than those 2 problems, this is a good or at least an ok back pillow. It does provide some support, though it is memory foam so it will definitely flatten somewhat (by around half it's thickness) if you use if for more than half an hour or so. It also does not have good ventilation (memory foam never does) but that is not an issue if you're in a cool place with air conditioning. The only other option i know of would to get the "mesh" version of these lumbar support products. In any case, this is an good and alright product. It's a back pillow so hey, there's not much you can say about it.

Very comfortable and easy to mount

Objectively it's comfortable: cushioned softly but firmly shaped and very supportive. I bought it hoping it might help with my midback when I'm driving. It didn't end up suiting my seats or my frame. My seats are sportier and curve in an unsupportive way, leaving a distinct gap. My shoulders and hips/pelvis are supported, but my mid back has no support. First, the strap is in a position that is awkward with my car seats, so I'm often struggling with it's positioning. If you have sportier seats with the sides that jut out, the strap is inconveniently placed. Second, the issue I have with my seats is the lack of mid-lumbar support, but support everywhere else. This pillow sits at the bottom of my seat and ends up putting pressure on my hips instead of supporting where I need it most. Last, it's so thick, for my frame, it pushes me so far from my car seat that I get no upper back support. I'd be very worried about my position in the event of an accident. I also have a difficult time getting in and out of my car with the space it takes up. It's a comfortable and quality cushion, but it's shape doesn't fit my situation or help me in particular. I'll likely repurpose it for in the house, but I need to find something new for the car.

I completely regret buyig this. It is not comfortable and doesn't help me to relieve my back pain at all. Such a waste of money. Don't get tempted by Samsonite. It's just a piece of foam made in China. It keeps falling down as the strap is so loose. It is definitely not worth buying this.

Relieved my backache during driving

Actually fantastic. Feels good, firm enough to help with posture but is soft enough that if you want to mess up your posture and sit in a bad way on the chair, it'll squash easily and allow you to slouch and have a hurt back in the morning because you're only mid 20a but years of slouching playing call of duty till 6am has given you a back of a 60 year old man
