Worked out of the box
Just put this in a water feature and it's been working most of the day. It is very sensitive in that it stops immediately even if it's in shade, so does need to be in direct sunlight. There is no on/off switch so would need to turn the panel over to stop the pump running if there is a risk of water drying up - so can't just be left and forgotten on a hot summer day. So far so good though, enough "pump" to get the water to the top of my water features so it runs back down - about 30cm, so I'm happy for now.

Tiny, Weak, and Sun-Dependent
Wow and not in a good way. This is small. Very underpowered. The tube from the pump is only about an inch long and performance drops dramatically without direct sunlight, even partial shade reduces it to a trickle. The different fountain heads make little difference. I wouldn’t expect this to last and will be replacing it with a more reliable option. Disappointed given the high ratings.

Unfortunate fitting hose to pump
The pump and panel were OK but unfortunately I could not fit the existing rubber pipe to the pump. After heating the pipe/hose with a gaslighter and forcing a long artist brush in I managed to fit it in It's now working KO.

Small, easy to use, works straight away
Ordered late last night and just arrived. I wanted a very small water fountain to filter water and attract wildlife for my mini pond. The pump works as soon as light hits the solar panel and it’s quite a cloudy day. Perfect size for my little pond, see photos for reference on size (paper is A4). Super easy to use. I’ll update if I have any problems but as we’re only 10mins in, all is well! EDIT: later in the day full sun came out, the fountain shot higher and powerful (because my pond tiny it was watering the plants nearby) - I’ve taken the interchange nozzles off so water doesn’t shoot up now, just a constant trickle in water which suits this better).

basic and easy to set up
you get what you pay for, it's a nice little fountain in a small pond but you have to have full sun otherwise it doesn't work. it's basic and easy to set up not fantastic but good enough for the price

Great little fountains
These little solar fountains are great. They don't really stick to anything with those little suckers so I wedge them in with rocks, but work really well in good light and even spurt a little in overcast weather. I'm a bit annoyed I didn't see that it was 2 for £12 in the second option of the listing, I added 2 separately to the basket instead of clicking on the other option for x2, so I paid twice the price, but I've reordered another 2 today and seen it so at least today I'm getting them for 12. They create more bubbles in my pond than my little pump so I'm hoping they will keep my fish happy. The pond has stayed clearer since putting them in. They look so discrete too, they're much smaller than my floating fountain that barely works, but have a stronger pump due to being able to face the solar panel in a better direction. The floating ones don't really face the sun properly. These are much better. I've even tilted mine at an angle so the water stream makes more bubbles, but you could glue them to a rock and have them bolt upright to create that standard water fountain shape. No real set up required, just place the panel facing the sun and put the pump part in the water with the nossle sticking up from the surface, add whatever attachment you prefer, just clip it on. I use the extension tube and one of the round spray nossles for a sprinkle but I'm planning to have one with just an open tube with no sprinkler to make a little more of a splash in the corner to give the fish more bubbles. The cables can just be hidden in the water too, everything is waterproof.

Broken solar panel
Not impressed. Solar panel connector not attached. I have kept the item as it was bought to replace my own pump and panel. Pump works with my old solar panel.

Cheap and unrealiable
I understand that some items are cheaper because they are not necessary high quality. However this is the second purchase of this item after the first lasted barely 3 months. It lasted not even a week.

Gute kleine Pumpe
:-) Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Nice little fountain without the big cost.
This little pump works great. I like the choice of nozzles to create different fountain effects. So easy to use and reliable too. The price is reasonable and it makes my little bird bath attractive to birds and bees! Water flow is very good so if you don’t want the water to be too strong on the outflow, just put part of your solar panel in shade. You can adjust it that way.

Works Very Good
I used this to make a hummingbird water bath. The pressure was perfect. I made my own fountain head so never used the ones it came with. I love that the cord and be separated from the fountain head for storage in winter.

Disappointing
This worked for a few days and now does not. It is very annoying because it has been epoxy-ed into the base of the flower pot holding the fountain. Impossible to remove without taking the entire thing apart and re-epoxying a new one. Also, the nozzle heads are very hard to get into the base and, once in, cannot get them out.

Macht, was es soll...
