How long does it take for delivery?

It took sbout two days, but I’m a Prime customer. Absolutely worth the weight, swelling disappears overnight in my ankle and makes for a comfortable reclining position on the bed.

about 1 1/2 inches or maybe 2 inches

Does this wedge pillow really stay cooling?

I found that it is much greater and cooler than using pillows or other inferior wedge pillows. The top layer is a thick gel memory foam that keep cooling. Cotton pillowcase are also comfortable and skin friendly.

Is this pillow used to elevate the two legs?

Yes, it supported my both legs perfectly. Very comfortable and supportive. I highly recommend.
