I bought this for a family friend. There are TONS of things you can get for a child these days. However, as a teacher, I'm like "Americans are absolutely terrible with geography." I kid you not. I have high school students who don't even know all the states that border California (where I teach). They can't tell the difference between Washington D.C. and Washington state. We just don't teach geography in school anymore. We've stripped it all up in favor of STEM subjects. When it came to shopping for a gift, I decided on getting something that can help a child build geography skills. I settled with this map. It wasn't cheap by my standards when it comes to children's toys, but for the educational value, I think it's well worth it. The volume was at a decent level and my friend's daughter seemed like she had fun playing with it. If you're looking for something tactile and non-app, I would recommend checking this out, especially if you don't want your kid to grow up and embarrass themselves with their lack of geographical knowledge.

Got this for my son who has been obsessed recently with maps, countries, flags etc. He really loves the interactive nature of it and the information he can get for each US state. It's compact as well, so it it easy to take with us when going somewhere so he can keep busy, and found it pretty easy to use, even my 2yr old can work it.

I was having a bit of buyers remorse after I splurged on the after Christmas shopping and really had planned on returning it. I was thinking it was awfully expensive for a couple of posters. They are not just a paper poster. They are a very nice quality folded mat. So many facts!!!!! These are sooo much to keep the little ones occupied for a long time. Loved the customized blessing card! Grandson was so amazed to hear me on his pen. One of the best gifts I’ve ever given and worth every dime!!!!

Bought this for grandson which he enjoys using it and it helpful for his brain to obtain information to enhance his learning.

Not worth 50 dollars, made of this cheap soft plastic materiel with a cheap pen. I thought this would be great and simple for my toddler to just press each planet to learn about them and then we can do the other activities together. But everytime you use it you have to set up language, then press an activity just to be able to touch the planets. For 50 dollars I expect like vtech quality this is worth maybe 15 dollars.

It does not work!! Definitely not worth the money! Don’t buy it!
