Seriously though, I was skeptical about these at first, as regular bar ends were not comfortable, since they made my grip so wide, but these feel amazing. Since they are on the inside of your grips, it feels identical to riding on drop bars in the hoods. I went for a 100km/62mile ride on my flat bar hybrid yesterday, and with these grips, I was able to change grip position enough to have 0 hand fatigue, even after 4 hours.

I wasn't sure how this product was going to feel but I know everything SQLabs makes are of high quality and they a hugely into ergonomics and fit. I have several bikes and this was purchased for my flat bar gravel rig. I was having numbness in my left hand on long rides only on this bike. This product corrected that. Highly recommended

They were tough to get on. From what I can tell they are designed to replace the lock clamp on your grips, but it was quite a stretch to get them onto the grip, and when I had them on the grip the hardware was not long enough to grab the threads so I couldn't use them in place of the grip clamp which is unfortunate since that means I have to move my brake levers over to make room for these. Luckily they come with a plastic bit so you can put them on the handlebars separate from your grips, but even then the fit was extremely tight. Thankfully the hardware reached, but they almost don't seem designed for standard MTB bar sizes. I wanted this on my hardtail for long days so I could get my hands in a different position and sit more upright on long rides. They work for that and are comfortable in the palm, but they are cumbersome to install, and it's unfortunate that they don't fit in place of my grip locking clamps to save room on the bars like they were designed. I'm sure I'll get over it, but definitely something to consider in a redesign.

I use these on my Hardtail mountain bike, which is a bike that I ride mostly around town. Really opens up new ways to place my hands and improves aero dynamics. Super easy upgrade highly recommended.

If you have a flat bar road bike or hybrid bike. You can not go wrong. Place them and enjoy the ride

A friend of mine recommended these to me and I couldn't be happier! Easy to install and the additional hand position is great for long rides.

I tried to slip these on to my stock bars and the opening was just too small. I wasn't going to try and force them on. I just bought a pair of stubby bar ends (which fit just fine) and used them as inner bar ends instead. I like SQLab stuff and have their saddles on all my bikes. These just didn't work for me. The inner bar ends looked really nice and ergonomic, sad I couldn't make them work.

I have a carbon bike, for urban riding, so this is a great solution. Right now I use them when I am walking my bike, also holds my helmet nicely when hanging from my handle bars. Next I'm ordering short ergon grips to compliment them.

It's good quality and fits nicely on my gravel bike. I'm planning to buy a second one for my other MTB. Although it took time to deliver, it still arrived on schedule.

Mam rower enduro (Trek Slash 8 2020) i kumple chcieli jechać gravelami po Alpach 500km w 4 dni. Kupiłem je by zmniejszyć opór powietrza, mieć dodatkowy uchwyt i nie męczyć się na długich prostych. Nigdy wcześniej nie jeździłem takich dystansów, a rower był wykorzystywany głównie jako zjazdowy. Dzięki tym uchwytom mogłem jechać te kilkaset kilometrów, nie bolały mnie ręce i nie odstawałem za gravelami (jechałem 2 dni w tunelu areo za innymi, a 2 dni męczyłem się sam). Polecam!
