DID A GREAT JOB, WORTH THE PRICE
Purchased to spray POR15 on my truck frame. POR15 is a very heavy product and not known for cleaning up well (probably why most apply with brush or roller) Wel not only did this paint sprayer work very well at applying the product but also cleaned up quickly and with no left over residue. Have a couple more areas of truck to spray as well as the side of my barn, have no drought this spray gun will impress me some more. Supper easy to setup and clean, lots of options come with it. Will work great for all the crafts my wife makes, expect to be using this sprayer for a long time. Would like to see a larger cup and extension wand options for this sprayer, great spray gun as is.

Waaay better than I expected it to be.
I bought this paint sprayer initially because it was fairly cheap, and I figured I would probably have to toss it after I finished my project. Wow was I surprised. There are some downsides, but overall this is awesome and makes painting ceilings a breeze! Pros: It's super lightweight and easy to maneuver. It comes with multiple different nozzles to change the spray pattern (although the manual doesn't tell you which one does what so you have to figure it out by trial and error). It has awesome coverage. I didn't even need to do a full second coat, I just had to touch up a couple places I over looked the first time. It's very easy to take apart and clean out, but since most of the parts are plastic I high recommended using wated based paints and washing with water only. This sprayer works just as well as (if not better than) the pneumatic sprayers I used at an old job. Cons: You're paint needs to be strained before using a paint sprayer or it's gunna clog and that can take a few minutes to unclog. Also, unless you pre-strain (and thin if needed) the entire gallon ahead of time, you are going to spend more time straining, thinning, and mixing in between tanks than it takes you to get the tank full on the wall. I had a second person mixing the next tank for me while I painted, and it made it tremendously easier. It also takes a little more prep work when taping/covering things, because little paint specks will fall everywhere if you dont. Overall It probably takes just about the same amount of time as hand painting and rolling when you work alone and have to do all the straining and stuff, but it's waaaay easier on the body and really handy for doing larger areas. Common user errors/recommendations: If your paint is dripping down the wall/ceiling and leaving marks you either thinned it to much or stayed on one place too long. If it's sputtering and/or coming out in globs or uneven CLEAN the nozzle thoroughly. If it still happens after the nozzle gets cleaned, then you probably need to thin your paint. Follow the instructions on the paint can, if there are none I would only thin it up to 5%. You can always thin it more if needed.

Excellent sprayer saves loads of time!
We decided to redo our kitchen and connecting rooms, and because it was going to be a big job I decided I'd try out a sprayer seeing as I'd heard they'd save you time; this VONFORN sprayer did exactly that and did an outstanding job of covering multiple surfaces. Assembling the device itself is straightforward; connecting hoses, setting the paint intake so it's angled to your current use (above your head or straight-on spraying), and connecting the paint container to the device is simple. Seeing as you can use the device with all sorts of sprays (stain, all types of paint) they tell you to test and make sure it's thin enough for the machine or to thin prior to application; I was using basic latex interior paint, so this wasn't really an issue. This particular kit came with a number of nozzles, though I only used the one already in the sprayer; others would increase/decrease the size of the spray pattern. A twist mechanism at the end of the sprayer let's you select vertical, horizontal, or round patterns to match your needs; a large thumb screw helps you increase/decrease the flow/quantity of whatever you're applying. Using this device I easily sprayed crown moulding (in place), the ceiling of the room, walls, doors, a built-in seating area, the interior of a pantry closet, etc.; it handled everything with ease! The round pattern perfectly covered the various corners of moulding and the corners of walls and cabinets; others made it easier to cover big open areas like the walls and ceiling. I didn't have any problems with clogging and was able to step away from the project for some 45-90 minute breaks and come back without issues (I of course needed to pinch off the small dried paint at the end of the nozzle before beginning again). Clean-up if again pretty straightforward; you simply disconnect and unscrew the various pieces, clean with (in my case) water, use the included small (bottle) brush where needed to clean out the interior of nozzle, and then let things dry. It is worth noting that when "on" the sprayer is going to be blowing air regardless of whether or not you have the trigger compressed and are actively spraying; that's not really a problem, but just something to know as you prepare your work area. I, for instance, started with using plastic sheeting to cover surfaces (DEFINITELY cover surfaces; with a sprayer it will be in the air and go where you might not expect), but seeing as one of the size rooms was quite small that led to me needing to pause, tape plastic down even more securely (vs. just a "drop" as I'd started with), and then return to work. Ultimately I found that using the red painting paper was easier because of it's weight. Overall I'm 100% satisfied with this sprayer and wish that I'd purchased it much sooner... It does a great job of applying paint to any surface and saved me loads of time!

Easy to use and does a great job
Painted my kitchen cabinets, Gun worked like a charm. 3 coats primer and 3 coats finish coats. This gun sprayed great. You need to thin your paint, I didn't use the supplied funnel gauge but just looked at the paint as I stirred with a stick and it looked smooth. I used the 2.0 tip on primer and 1.5 tip on finish coats. I sprayed water based paint Sherwin Williams Extreme Bonding primer and Emerald Urethane Trim Enamel. I did have to wipe the tip ever so often to clear a build up tube of paint. I set mine 3 turns out as fan/paint control. Other than that, just clean the gun and remember to clean the filters when you clean the gun. Had to revise my review. Even though they show them as spare parts, the two items I view as disposable parts are not offered for sale separately. Those being the air filters and the valve. Very poor customer sevice.
