KONG - Floppy Knots Hippo - Internal Knotted Ropes and Minimal Stuffing for Less Mess - For Medium/Large Dogs

We bought Fred his first racoon when he was 10 weeks old. He is now 4 years old and on his third. He loves this toy. He has a box of other toys but he will seek racoon out. He literally will go round the house until he finds it. He doesn’t destroy them, they are too robust for that. He just loves them to death. The squeaky head dies first and then despite washing they just smell too much to keep. They are awesome toys. A bargain. We play tug of war with him and he shakes and throws it himself. He is a terrier so quite chewy with toys, but this can take it. We would recommend this. I think the black/white grey must appeal to his vision. So there’s a win there too.

Bought for my dog's 10th birthday. She's always been bought Kong toys as they're robust enough to last her a while, even if they end up with no stuffing they're still useable! This one has no stuffing, but is stuffed with ropes so it's even better for a dog that destroys every toy and ball in minutes. It's big enough for my massive dog, but they do lots of different sizes. There are arms and legs for tug o war. This one wasn't too expensive, a much more reasonable price than my local pet shop. My girl has had it a few days now, takes it to bed with her and shakes it SO hard, and no damage...yet. I love this brand, especially for toys. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Really good toy, but a lot of squeakers that my terrier ripped out (as always) in minutes for the first one, and they're still thin plastic easily eaten so watch for that. The rest took him a few days, which is unknown, so this is a great toy. I'd have given 5 stars except there's a surprising amount of stuffing that I had to grab, the squeakers that I had to grab, and I also had to trim the toy once he'd ripped in for the squeakers. Having said that, all those things got him interested and he's still playing with it now they're gone, and I feel safe leaving it with him because it's pretty much just rope in Teddy shape now. Everything else I have to take away when not watching him. Overall a fantastic toy and his favourite.

My dog had this for less then 5 minutes and has ripped the head open it says for all dogs scratch and pull play either I got a dodgey one or they r not fit for purpose especially at 16.99

Not As Big As Thought It Would Be. More For A Smaller Dog Than A StaffyCross. Even Though It Did Last For Around 4 Days As A Teddy. Still Plays With The Rope From Inside. Not As Much Stuffing As Larger Kong Toys.

This series of toys are the first "soft" toys to survive with our eight month old cocker spaniel. He's got the ears off and is defluffing them but after ten days has not made a break though. And when he does they have no stuffing. Before the review was even published he had got the squeak out and fifteen minutes later got the rope out. We now have a rope tuggy toy that he is proceeding to eat Having developed the technique the second one of these survived less than two days. Great for tuggy games and retrieving as well.

Bought for 6 month mini doodle who is a destroyer of toys. He loves his Hippo and so far it's only lost one ear. The legs are long enough for him to get a good grip to shake Hippo vigorously and also for tugging. Sqeak is in Hippo's head and not too loud or annoying. Good that toys have little stuffing. So far so good, seems like it's going to last more than a couple of weeks and by far my puppy's favourite toy. EDIT: April - there is stuffing in the body and head which puppy has extracted, via a teeny hole, after a month. I’ve now removed it all and he still enjoys playing with the toy.

El muñeco está muy bien quizás me ha parecido un poco más pequeño de lo que esperaba pero tiene muy buena resistencia al llevar cuerdas por dentro y no llevar relleno digamos que el perro lo coge directamente agarrándose a las cuerdas estoy por dentro y no se rompe el exterior del muñeco es decir la tela. Por otra parte cabe decir que como está hecho por dentro el esqueleto de cuerdas es un muñeco pesado entonces esto permite lanzarlo por el pasillo con una mayor dirigibilidad y a más distancia en definitiva se lanza mejor es digamos como más lanzable que un muñeco de simple peluche que no pesa.. El diseño del muñeco parece feo la foto pero en realidad cuando lo ves es más bonito combinan una casa más moderna porque el diseño es bastante conceptual..

Our little puppy loves Mr. Fox, as we call him. We had to get a second one after she tore apart the first one over several months. When she won’t stop running around and go to bed, this toy helps to distract her and calm her down. It’s somewhat durable - good enough for a puppy. The rope inside certainly helps. I’ve put this in the washing machine in a laundry bag and it gets clean, no problem.

Resistente e carino

Hält bisher am längsten der intensiven Bearbeitung meiner Terrierin stand. Natürlich wird sofort angefangen das Teil zu zerlegen und es kann auch nicht ewig halten, verstehe nicht warum sich Leute darüber beschweren. Meine Hündin kaut gerne und intensiv und hier habe ich nicht das Problem mit der Füllwatte, die sonst teilweise verschluckt wurde. Bis eine Quietsche frei gelegt wird, bedarf es einiger Anstrengung. Die Seile im Inneren sind sehr stabil und auch nach vielen Wochen ist das Teil noch gut und gerne bespielbar. Es ist das Lieblingsspielzeug meiner Hündin und wird regelmäßig nachgekauft, ich würde sagen wir brauchen im Jahr 3 Stück. Der auf dem Foto ist von Weihnachten.

El juguete le encantó a mi perrita (Shiba Inu, 8 meses) pero después de jugar a ratos 2-3 días con él le rompió una de las costuras y se empezó a comer el relleno. Como en la descripción comentan que lo que tiene por dentro son puros nudos y pensé que no tenía relleno, que era precisamente una de las razones por la que lo compré - para evitar que al romperlo le empezara a sacar el relleno y se lo comiera.
