I don't know but I wouldn't buy anything from them. Ours broke after a couple weeks and they did nothing about it even though it was supposed to have 90 day return policy.

When the battery is fully charged, the green indicator light of the charger stays on.

Can these run in snow or water??

We have done a simple waterproof treatment, but it is recommended to wipe it clean after encountering water to prevent the metal parts from oxidizing and rusting. As for snow, just pay attention to the throttle.
