Architec Stretch Cooking Bands, Pack of 25, Assorted

I have never broken one of these, but then I have never overstretched one. If you need big, fat ones, then get big fat ones! These are fairly small - maybe 10cm by 2mm - but they're excellent for the kind of thing one would use a regular rubber band for. I don't cook with them or anything like that, I just prefer them to grotty rubber bands. Highly recommended, within certain parameters of use.

Recently purchased an Air Fryer oven that has spit roast facility so purchased these stretch bands to make it easier for me to support & truss a chicken or meat products on the spit roast bar. Yes they worked ok to attach the chicken but within 5 to 10 minutes of cooking 2 of the bands had broken off. I did not over tighten the bands either. These bands are sold as suitable for high heat cooking. So I am now back to using baking string. As someone with hands that have a bad tremor I was not impressed

Very useful, really glad purchased these, reusable, used on chicken and pork loin. Helps keep the meat together whilst cooking, able to wrap around pork loin at least 3 times, allow to cool before removing.

useful but 3 broke the first time i used them, doubt they will last long

...with these bands. I used them for steaming and they were perfect, cool to the touch despite being in the pan for twenty minutes. I would definitely recommend these to others.

Bought these because my new halogen rotisserie oven was smaller than my old one and I needed to get something to strap down the wings and legs of cooking chickens. The bands can easily fit around the body of a chicken (see photo) and are easily cleaned.

Pretty useful product but half of them snapped before even using them. Test them to prevent it pinging in your eye!

I like them but sadly the first and only time I used them 2 of them broke. Hopefully this will not continue.

These work perfectly. I really struggle with butcher's twine to tie meat, especially chicken legs on a whole chicken. These do the job perfectly and bounce back to their original state after use. Excellent buy!

These bands are thick and have never snapped . I use them on things where ordinary rubber bands would break and disintegrate. They really are a super good quality.

Ich hasse die Steckerei mit Zahnstochern oder auch Metallspießchen bei Rouladen und habe mir diese Gummis als Alternative besorgt, da mir die ebenfalls in Frage kommenden Silikonschnüre alle zu lang waren. Ich war skeptisch, ob es mit diesen Gummis gut klappt, aber ich wurde eines Besseren belehrt: Rouladen damit zusammen zu halten geht so einfach und schnell, es hält perfekt, die Gummis lassen sich von den fertigen Rouladen leicht wieder entfernen und werden in der Spülmaschine blitzsauber. Ich bin begeistert und werde nie wieder mit Zahnstochern arbeiten.

I don't know what I would do without these. They save me on baggies as I can use them on cheese. They take over 100 degrees of heat when left in the car around items. Fabric softener does not degrade them like other rubber bands. They are worth thousands of cheap bands.
