little softness required

It's been more than 2 months since started using the pillows. Normally I don't like very soft pillow but these pillow is a little hard. Those who like to use hard pillow will definitely like it. Fabric is also not great....it is of low quality...very slippery material. Stitching also not great . Hope Amer Handicraft can improve better.
