Surprisingly Good
A remarkably fast mini PC. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed making set up easy. You will need a mouse, keyboard and either a monitor or TV for the initial setup. Enable remote access and you won't need them again as everything can be done with Windows Remote Desktop tool which has apps for Android and iOS as well as PC and Mac. Just remember to set up your WiFi connections to connect automatically or you may find yourself stuck! I use this TRIGKEY as part of my astronomy setup where I mount it directly to my telescope. It's really lightweight so it isn't a problem even on my super-light grab-n-go setup. I use "N.I.N.A" to control my astrophotography sessions and it runs buttery smooth, with plenty of headroom on the TRIGKEY. There should be plenty of power in reserve for future developments too. The n100 processor is exceptionally energy efficient, great for remote locations where you may want to use a power-tank. It runs really cool too so you'll never have issues with heat dissipation, especially as this also has fan cooling. The fan is near silent and totally free from vibration so it will not affect your exposures. USB ports are all of type A, useful for astronomy equipment. There's four of them which is reasonably generous. They're fast too, so getting your gigabytes of data off is really quick and painless. On that note, there's 500GB of MVMe SSD onboard, plenty of space for a long shooting session over a couple of nights. Adding an extra SSD drive internally is a simple enough job as there's a caddy built in (accessed by removing four screws) though I haven't found any need to test this. I've been using this for a little while now, both at home and at remote dark sky locations and I'm really impressed with the little unit. I can't believe how reasonably priced it was, particularly taking into account it has 16GB of RAM and a 500GB fast NVMe SSD where many have slower SSD disks. I have no reservations in recommending the TRIGKEY, it's a first-class mini PC.

Replace the HDMI cable.
Excellent value pc ... been really surprised at how it does everything I want doing... plays movies, youtube and the usuals perfectly adequately .... the only problem I have had is that my aging TV would at times would not detect the pc ... on replacing the cable with a "8k" cable the problem was sorted and the picture quality was just that little bit better. So do yourself a possible favour and try swapping out the cable it comes with for a higher quality one.

Good basic mini pc but very noisy!
well people I am going to blunt . yes its fast but you will need am external drive if you want any kind of decent storage . something to keep in mind is that it is a 500gb drive but once you open it up install the updates it drops to 399 hence you will need storage. also they say it is quiet . its not its actually quiet noisy the fan is continuous and the only way to escape it is to wear headphones another claim is that there are lots of usb and connections . well I've used it for less than an hour and already have had to use a usb extension as they are only 4 usb ports. is it value for money . well I got this in a supposed amazon sale at over £150 . value for money? not a chance its a basic bare bones system which is lets face it a gimmick item because its slightly small. this can not be upgraded like a normal desktop which is about the same price. my advise shop around get something you can expand in the future or you will end up like me spaghetti junction (see photos )

My new computer's review.
The computer is compact. It doesn't need much space so it's very portable making it a good companion to a main computer with internal disk drives and card readers. Performance is good as my computer has formatted two drives, copied files and run an old game synchronously without choking. I like my new 64 bit computer!

Easy and fast
Worth the money. Easy setup, took about 30mims to complete setup. What I learned is you do need a wired or dongle wireless keyboard and mouse to setup. Once setup you can add wireless blue tooth devices which don't have a dongle. Overall I'm very happy

N100 16+500 Ubuntu Review
I have had the N100 16+500 for just over a month, paid around £169 due to £50 off offer. Hated the pre-installed W11 nonsense which I quickly rectified by installing Ubuntu and then putting Lubuntu desktop on top of it. It encodes well with FFmpeg h264_qsv at 10x and can software encode a DVD TV television episode using AV1 at about 1.3x using Preset 7 and CRF 15. I previously had a Beeslink NUC that overheated and died and so I am managing the Trigkey’s encoding carefully so as not to overheat it. Thinking of buying another one to use as a NAS server. If you can get it for £169 or less than I would say buy it, but much above that I would want to at least consider non-NUC options. 4.5 / 5

Trigkey G4 12th Gen. N100 16G + 500g
This mini computer is my first venture into this size of device, and at £159 I had reservations after reading some Amazon reviews. At 4 weeks in, I can honestly say that this is a great buy if your tight for space which was an issue for me. I'm no computer geek, but I also have an £800 mini notebook which has a fairly high spec with a video card which I use for modest gaming, using a larger screen. The Trigkey is NOT noisy, it's whisper quiet, it gets very slightly warm after operating normal Office type programs or browsing/ Emailing for hours. The initial setting up of W11 is straightforward, no hitches. I think graphic heavy programs would be a problem as running Google Earth using 3D views of the world Tour feature does show the graphic capabilities up with slow rendering. Although it gets there if your patient. Have not checked it's Bluetooth capabilities yet but I'm confident this will be just as good as my experience so far.

Great Mini Computer
Very pleased with this mini computer. Saves space on my desk and if you prefer, it can just be fitted to the back of your monitor. Very pleased I bought this.
