Works really well.
Would give this item 10 stars if I could. So easy to use and it cleared my deafness in both ears which I had for over three months. Even with my hearing aids at their highest setting I was unable to hear conversations, and to listen to my talking books I had to buy a Bluetooth speaker. Only had to use it once in each nostril for it to work. Now my hearing aids that I had to have sound increased a few weeks ago are too loud. Wonderful machine and worth every penny.

It works!!!
I'm so grateful for this product! Like other people that have commented, I had lost a of my hearing on my right ear. Could feel pressure and fluid inside. Nasal spray didn't help. Pinch nose and blow didn't help (not appropriate in my case anyway). I tried the balloon produce (ottovent) both by blowing the balloon and the reverse and they didn't make a difference. This product is similar in operation to letting the balloon deflate into your nose, but the difference is that it can handle the back pressure (unlike the balloon). So don't expect a fast stream of air (you probably wouldn't want that anyway), but it's more a case of being able to deliver it even when you're trying exhaling during the swallow maneuvre. I saw immediate improvement after the first 4-5 times I used it (during a 20min period). The next morning I could hear much better but could still feel a bit of pressure in my ear. I tried it again this evening, again 4-5 times, and now my ear feels completely normal. Huge relief after weeks of not being able to hear properly! Yes, it's a bit pricey for what it does, but it's a small price to pay to get one of your senses back!

It does work
This does work. Although it can get a bit tricky following the specific way of administering it.

Worth 100 stars!!!
If I could give this 100 stars I would!! Seriously I suffer so bad with my ears. Like at least six months at a time. Holding my nose and blowing just doesn’t do it. Decongestants don’t work. TIPS FOR USE 1- You need a good seal around your nose and hold your other nostril. 2- Swallow liquid you are holding in your mouth WITHOUT breaking the seal around both nostrils. 3- You need to create pressure so when you swallow ears will pop. Yes mine block straight back up again but with regular use this will be a lifesaver! Thank you so much from your not so dizzy new friend!!!

Absolutely Useless
This device is a disgrace IMO. did not work for me at all and I cannot believe I spent all that money on something that blows such a weak stream of air. This did nothing for my negative middle ear pressure or did alleviate any of my symptoms at all. I don't know if my device is faulty or something because the stream of air is incredibly weak. Does absolutely nothing. Try for yourself but be warned if it does not work for you, you CANNOT return it.

Takes practice to get it working. Very expensive blower !
Waited a while to get one of these. They have doubled in price. There’s a knack to it which is hard to do. Expensive bit of kit which basically just blows air up your nose.

Excellent product, works as described.
Was scheptical due to reviews saying it doesnt work. Used as instructed and it worked perfectly but only short term. I used it a few times over around a week and my blocked ear was fixed permanently. Definately feel like it was useful and will use it again.

WOW!!! Worked in seconds ....
I've been suffering with congestioon and hearing loss in my right ear since getting a chest/throat infection over a month ago. My ear was hardly functoining with some discomfort and felt blocked and nothing could fix it, not even steam inhalation. So this morning it arrived and I unboxed it straight away. I have to admit that I was a little bit sceptical. I put the batteries in and took a sip of water, put it to my nostril as per the instructions and with the other nostril and my mouth closed, I hit the button. I then swallowned and ...... BANG! I could hear again :) So after a minute or so, my eustachian tube must have closed so I went through the same process again and once again it opened but this time for longer. So I found at first that the esustachian tube wiould keep closing but the more I am using the Eustachi, the longer the effect seems to be. This is only day one but the effect has been amazing and I am going to continue using it in the hope that the eustachian tube will stay clear. I would recommend this and because of the relief it has given me, I regard it as worth it's weight in gold. One point I will make and that's I know some people say in feedback that this doesn't work but my understanding is that it will ONLY help in the situation where your ear problem is due to a blocked eustachian tube. It won't remove wax, it won't deal with other hearing loss but OMG it does what it says on the box.

This worked very well for my plugged ear!
I have frequent Eustachian Tube blockage. This works very well for "popping" your ear when used according to directions. Instructions for use: Keep a glass of water ready and take a large gulp of water in the mouth but do not swallow. Please select the nostril that feels more open and less congested. Now hold the Eustachi firmly against nostril and maintain a tight seal with the nostril. Using your finger, close the opposite nostril to prevent air leakage. Turn the power on and in about 10 seconds, pressure will build. Now swallow the water rapidly but carefully. The Eustachian tubes will open as you swallow, and you should feel a popping sensation in your ears indicating that tubes opened up. Repeat the same procedure with the other nostril, if needed. This is particularly useful if one nasal passage is not fully open compared to the other side. The eustachian tubes will open only during the act of swallowing, otherwise, they will not open. Please note that this is for temporary relief. If you haven’t felt a popping sensation, it’s possible that the Eustachian tubes have not opened because: You did not have enough water or saliva in your mouth as you swallowed, or did not have your nostril sealed tightly enough. A large swallow and a tight seal are necessary elements for the Eustachian tubes to open. For a successful opening of the tubes, all the steps must be followed in the precise proper order. It is not uncommon that only one side opens at times. You have nasal obstruction due to severe congestion caused by excessive mucus, congested mucosal lining of the eustachian tubes, significantly deviated septum, nasal polyps, etc. The device battery needs to be replaced. After four or five back-to-back failed attempts, please seek medical attention. Warnings Close adult supervision is necessary when using the Eustachi on children. Do not attempt to modify the Eustachi device. Modification may result in damage to the device or injury to the user. Do not attempt to service or maintain the Eustachi during use to prevent damage to the device or injury to the user. Remove batteries when storing the Eustachi for 6 months or more to prevent damage from battery leakage. Do not swallow batteries. Swallowing batteries can cause choking or injury. Do not use Eustachi for more than two weeks at a time. Stop using Eustachi and contact your doctor if you experience pain with use, or if you don’t see any results after two weeks. Precautions Do not force the Eustachi into the nasal cavity to prevent possible discomfort or injury. The Eustachi is made of ABS plastic. Allergies to this material are rare, however users should not touch the Eustachi device with bare hands if they have known allergies to this material. Do not submerge the Eustachi in water. Submerging the device may result in product failure. User should read all instructions prior to operating the Eustachi.
