I am sorry as I believe this is my fault, but I ordered a Glue Gun by Bosch, it looked great and it has arrived with FOUR Glue Sticks included in the box. However, I ordered an extra 20 sticks with my order, 10 White and 10 Coloured but did nobody notice that these extra glue sticks aren't the correct diameter for the Bosch Glue Gun which I had just ordered? I find it hard to believe that through the whole process of my order being made up no one noticed that the new 20 Glue Sticks were far narrower than the ones used in the brand new Glue Gun you were also packaging up for my delivery? So although the Bosch Glue Gun looks brilliant I haven't many Glue Sticks to go with it as all the ones I have bought extra are way too thin. Live Long and Prosper. Brian John Ainsworth
