Almost perfect, one small problem
This mattress topper is almost perfect but as the other reviewers mentioned (and I've choosen to ignore that) is the lack of straps, which makes it float around the bed so we really have to correct it every evening. Other than that quality is visible and it is very comfortable. Our Simba mattress become really difficult to sleep on and this saved the day!

Comfortable
I bought this topper because I heared that Ema mattresses were widely used by people who suffer joint pain and I do. My mattress is fairly new so thought I would try the topper. It is so comfortable. I would highly recommend it especially if you are a side sleeper like me.

Advertised incorrectly!
Listed as an Emma premium mattress topper, but what is actually sold and delivered is a Emma Flip topper 5cm. when discussing this with the Emma customer service, i am told that the naming error is amazon's fault and that products sold via amazon are not comparable to the products sold on Emma's own website. This is an issue that needs to be resolved, whether by Emma or amazon, otherwise its blatant false marketing. i have lost complete trust from the brand Emma, as the disregard for the fault shows negligence of their webstore or intentional misrepresentation of goods. this does not seem to be a singular issue, a previous review on their webstore has already brought it up and experienced the same issue, this tells me they are doing it intentionally or dont care at all that it is incorrect. Got a Full refund after sending the Flip topper back, but the trust has been broken, and will no longer purchase their products. Thanks for reading, take care.

I bought an Emma mattress for a spare bed and it’s fantastic so I bought an Emma topper. It was awful! Had it on hard side so turned it over - even with a quilted mattress topper it was so uncomfortable. I returned it.

Only ok
Second topper I have had from this firm , the first one for a double bed is first class . The second one for a single not so good it got co on one side and normal on the other but it's not any where near as comfortable.

Makes the bed really comfortable now.
Bought a new mattress and realised it was too firm. It was too late to exchange so I purchased this topper to add to it and now it's perfect for me.
