Not quite an SPD pedal but easy to remove
I attached this to my Bike Friday since I'm constantly having to remove the pedals when I transport the bike so in that respect, it definitely serves its purpose. Once you screw in the base to the pedal crank, removing and attaching the pedal is really easy. It comes with a plastic lock ring to prevent the pedal from being released accidentally but I don't think it's really necessary. The clipping and releasing the bike shoes from the pedal is not as smooth as a real Shimano SPD pedal. Fortunately, I have more of a problem clicking in than clipping out so there's that. I even switched my clips to the ones provided with the pedals but it's still not very smooth. The design is a little different than an actual SPD pedal so that's probably why it's not quite as good.

It is expensive but worth every cents.
Pros ; ease of installation. built well, well written instructions, compatible with other cleats, aesthetically good. Quick release works with other MKS pedals. Con: high cost compare to others. can easily mixed up between L vs. R especially if you are in a rush or a beginner. If there is something that I would like to change, is that the pedal should be adjusted to the mid tension and not to the maximum. Read the instruction leaflet folks before riding. Overall, I am very pleased with these pedals. Bought it for my road bike and interchange it with my MKS flat pedals that are on my folding bike.

とても使いやすい
MKSクリートはとても外しやすく停車後スタンディングでスムーズに足を地につけられます。 回転はイマイチで自分で調整しようにもメンテナンスフリー/開封非推奨とのことで少し躊躇しています。ペダル自体の重量もそれなりにあるのでなるべく軽いSPDシューズと組み合わせるのが良いでしょう。 売りのEzy脱着機能について： 工具無しで取り外しできるのは素晴らしい。保管・輪行・駐輪などのシチュエーションで役に立ちます。 しかし、脱着時にプラスチック製のストッパーをはめる必要があり、このストッパーを脱着する時間の方がペダルを脱着する時間の何倍もかかります。手で取り外すのもなかなか大変なため、結局レンチを間につっこんでこじあけたりする事もあります。また、ストッパー自体も小さく、紛失・破損しやすいため輪行時にはスペア必須となります。Ezy Superiorはストッパー不要のため、煩わしいと感じた方はそちらのタイプをお勧めします。

固定力が弱いが輪行多い人にはオススメ
1年DAHON K9Xで使用しました。外れることはありませんが固定力がかなり弱いです。輪行が多い人には便利かと思いますが自分は少ない為通常の固定SPDに変更してしまいました。輪行する予定の時はまた交換してお世話になろうと思います。
