In the count-up mode, can it be paused and then later resumed from the pause point?

yes, this kitchen timer comes with memory function, it will resume from the pause point instead of from zero, unless you press the clear button, welcome to have a try :)

Does it have warning beeps at 10 and 5 minutes remaining?

No, i am afraid this kitchen timer does not have a warning beeps at 10 and 5 minutes remaining.

Can you switch between timer and clock while using the timer mode?

Greetings. Yes you can. If you activate the timer and go to clock mode, the timer still functions. If you are using the timer in countdown mode, when in clock mode, the alarm still rings. If you are using the timer like a stopwatch, the timer continues to count up if you go into clock mode.

I am looking to use the timer for exercise. How easily can you reset the time for repetitive drills?

This timer requires retyping the time interval after the alarm rings. There are timers that reset to the set timer interval after the alarm rings. This timer does not do this.
