Wish it lasted a little longer but guess I love it so much I go through it quickly

I ordered the kit for Christmas last year and it was amazing. I replaced the wand with my own since i don’t like the wand they provide. I just needed the replace the mascara so I ordered it. When it came and I opened it, the wand was broken and crushed and the mascara was dried out. I ordered a replacement and the wand was completely broken offf and it also was dried out. So disappointing!!!

I don’t normally write these - but when they say waterproof, they MEANT waterproof. I went out to a party and came rushing home crying to the news that my grandmother had just passed away. I couldn’t even wash my face for 2 days I didn’t have the energy and this is my eyelashes right before I took the mascara off. With oil-based makeup remover. Cuz regular soap and water just could not handle. I mean just IMAGINE the sheer amount of crying I’ve been doing for DAYS. And they still looked flawless. I give props where props are due

I NEVER write reviews but oh my gosh this is a horrible mascara (I wasn’t even ABLE to try it). The first time I ordered, the brush popped off inside the tube so I returned in hopes that I was the one who broke up but NOPE. The second time I received it, I made sure to carefully open it and when I did, there was NO mascara on the brush!!!!! I dipped in again to see if maybe I needed to carefully pump it a couple times maybe??? NOPE NOTHING CAME OUT AND THEN the brush broke off inside the tube again. I’m just so very disappointed, don’t even try buying this mascara.

Definitely works the way it says it does. I didn't see too much growth in my lashes when I used this product, and some would fall out when taking the mascara off. Overall a good tubing mascara.

I’ve used it for a month now. It’s okay. It clumps easy and you can’t bush them back apart when wet still like the average mascara. It’s thick when it dries which gives a full effect but you have to go slower in applying or it’s going to give clumpy and hard patches. Take your time. As for growth, I have not seen a difference. The applicator is cool though as you do get to move it’s too to your perfect position. Not bad, not completely as promised though. Wouldn’t return it but won’t buy it again for the price point.

I bought this mascara as a gift for my niece, who specifically requested it. Unfortunately, when she opened it, the mascara was completely dry. After checking other reviews, I realized this wasn’t an isolated issue—several customers have reported the same problem. If you decide to purchase this product, I highly recommend checking it as soon as it arrives. The manufacturer really needs to improve quality control before shipping. Overall, this was a huge letdown—an absolute waste of money and value

This is the 2nd time I’ve purchased the product. The 1st time I pulled out the brush it broke so I bought another one. This time I was cautious when pulling the brush out but some how I managed to break it again. There needs to be better instructions on how to use this mascara. I was excited about the new design but a normal tip may have worked better.
