I fell on my knees and at my age you take longer to heal, but this spray was most welcomed. From the moment I received it I sprayed my knees and within 1 minute then pain was gone or I was no longer able to feel it 🙂. No stickiness, very effective, last a long time nice cooling effect would recommend.

Cheap and effective.

I saw this in an American football match and got some from Amazon and what a fabulous product

I bought this product as a last ditch attempt to bring some relief from very painful diabetic neuropathy pains in my foot. It presents as stabbing pains and a burning sensation that can last for up to a week. It was particularly painful and burning this time so I thought I would try this freeze spray. It did ease the burning sensation which is part of the battle. It can't completely eliminate the symptoms, which in all fairness to the spray, it is not what it is designed to do. Diabetic neuropathy is caused by nerve damage. But the spray did ease the burning sensation quite well. It is very easy to use and caused no skin irritation. I have only posted this review so that I may help someone else in the same position as myself.

I don't know if I got a bad batch, but it didn't even get cold when I sprayed it on, it did nothing toward my pain relief either. Won't bother buying again.

Whilst this Freeze Spray was semi effective, it certainly did not numb the pain in my knees straight away which was rather. It does however represent good value for money.
