Really enjoying the results thus far, they are subtle but still noticeable to me. But what has won me over more than the “cosmetic results” is how I feel! So I used to get tension headaches especially at night. My days are chaotic and loud so it would never fail that when I would sit down to rest, I would get a headache. I actually haven’t gotten one lately and I am assuming it is because these have helped loosen the muscles in my jaw that were previously so tense because of stress. Will continue to use and hopefully continue to feel the results as well as see them.

Really like these goofy jaw exercisers; they work well to exercise your jaw, and the "program" recommendations were spot-on for me. Only issue is that the heavy-duty one has started to split at the top on the inside of the hole cut-out; this means that it's probably not providing the same resistance that it was at first. Still a great product, though.

Very easy to use and easy to carry around if you are on the go. Not sure how much it does for the jaw but I definitely feel stronger.

Great to use will driving… just make sure your windows are tinted because people will stare.

Major design flaw. I bought the beginner version first. Right before I was set to start the second level which is included in this kit the first one broke through. I was ready to start the next level anyway so didn’t care too much. Started the next one and after just a few weeks it broke through too. They sent a replacement which I used for about a month and that one has now broken too. Now it’s too late for me to put in for a return. They really need to add some kind of reinforcement to prevent these from breaking. Totally ridiculous especially considering the price they charge for a small piece of silicone.

Before I bought this product I used an exerciser that went to the back of my jaw. I bought these figuring it would exercise a different muscle and it did. I felt very sore after one day of use. The light green was too easy for me so I used the dark green one first. After some time with the dark green, I got so sore that the light green was actually much harder. So, I enjoy having the light green because of that. I do not use that case that comes with the product or the string that can attach to the jawsizer. It comes with one string so it makes you choose which one will be your primary use, which I don't do. Good product...

Hello, I am not happy with the product as I find it creates stress on both teeth and gums. It has started to rub on the Inside of my top gums and has started to make them receed. It is also pushing teeth apart and ruinging the job braces did for me years ago. I would like a full refund please. thank you
