After having had cheaper options that ended up breaking we decided to go for this more expensive option and have been disappointed. It is very strong and really good quality seat. It doesn't have either those groves and tight areas that are impossible to clean properly on most cheaper toilet seats. You can access everything and clean properly. Well Worth the price.

I thought that this item had a soft closing hinge but it turned out it hadn't so I returned it. Nothing wrong with the item which seemed good quality though quite expensive for a seat without soft closure.

Missing parts
The item arrived promptly, however some fixings were missing rendering the item useless. Sent back for refund. The bags containing the fixings had clearly been opened previously and the box looked as if it was second hand. Very disappointing.
