I may be a familiar face around the dark, underbelly of burger sauce product reviews on Amazon. I used to hold the Chefs Larder burger sauce in the highest regard, until their recent change of recipe has completely destroyed the product. As stated in my review, I wouldn’t give it to my worst enemy it is such a feeble excuse for a sauce. For those who adore the beautiful taste of a well crafted burger sauce, then look no further. The Hammonds burger sauce is a straight talking, no nonsense sauce of the gods. I don’t use this phrase lightly; this sauce is even better than the old elite chefs larder sauce recipe on the market a few years ago. Life finally feels complete again for me, and my local kebab shop can only thank Hammonds also. I would like to end this review with a simple thank you to Hammonds. Thank you for bringing back the beautiful sauce we all loved, although I fear my burger sauce addiction will reach new heights. Of all my years as a burger sauce connoisseur, I have never had the pure thrill and experience of which the Hammonds sauce has provided me. To anyone looking for a burger sauce, don’t look any further, this is the best simple as that.

New king of burger sauce, replaces Chefs Larder.
The BEST burger sauce on the market. After Chefs Larder changed (ruined) their recipe, this is a direct replacement and has the same great flavour, maybe even better. I found it by asking my local kebab shop which one they swapped to. Price is a little steep for a single bottle but it's worth it. Let's just hope they don't make the same mistake as other companies.
