Steam Iron For Clothes With Digital Fabric Selector

I purchased this iron because it had the features I liked: Fabric selector is at the top of the iron, not a dial under the handle, which is hard to see. While I don't usually go for fancy features, the digital selector works great and is an advancement over traditional dial selectors. It has a retractable cord. The steam door is sturdy. It feels good and balanced in the hand. Five heat settings are good from high/linen to low/synthetic. Automatic shut off and a beep warning when it does shut off. The sole plate is easy to clean with soap and water and it glides nicely. I've had the iron over a year now and am very happy with it.

This iron is fantastic. The modern screen design that allows you to select your desired setting is a great addition. Compared to my previous iron, I can remove wrinkles from clothes much faster. However, be cautious about your home’s electrical output. I used this iron on a 15A outlet, which tripped my breaker. It’s a powerful iron that requires a significant electrical draw. Despite its noticeable weight, it’s still a decent iron overall.

I love a lot of steam while ironing and this one does not disappoint! Love it!

I think I'm in love! I have purchased so many irons in the past and they always fail me. I don't put water in them; I spray the clothes a little first and then iron. This particular iron has a real good face plate; so far hasn't stained. What I mean by that is even stainless steel face plates get sort of sticky (can't think of another word). I find I have to clean the face plate over and over again. Not with this iron. I do not use water in it; lightly spray my clothes and then it is easy to iron without any sticky residue from garments. Some garments are made with plastic? in them. It melts a bit when ironed and leaves a residue that will leave marks on the next garment I am readying to iron. Plastic? I don't know what the substance is however it has ruined my previous irons. I am hoping this iron works forever. Do you think?

I changed from an existing Hamilton to this one. This is good. The steam is spread nicely. I didn't get any leaks so far (2 months in), i use the de-ionized water to avoid corrosion (that's how i lost my previous one after 5 years of use). i would prefer a wider water intake than what it has. For heating, I just go with the cotton one. I like the fact that when I plug it in, it starts in turned-off mode, and before I disconnect it I turn off again. This avoids the sparks while plugging in/out.

I purchased the exact iron a year ago and have loved it. Unfortunately the plate coating was wearing off so I ordered another one. This iron is terrible! It leaks water from the self clean button and there is no burst of steam and when I took it out of box it clearly had been used. The plate had scratches and I tried using it and it was putting gray flakes on clothes. It clearly needed to be cleaned. I’m not sure about ordering another one now. I liked the other one so much but this one is a disaster. Will definitely be returning.

Great iron! Attractive and a lot of features but not commplicated. I recommend it. Only thing is you have to feed the cord in the iron occasionally just right. Not a big problem though ⁹⁹

Best Iron ever! Works well so far. It's heavy enough to iron wrinkles out with ease. It heats up quickly and has push button settings. The cord is long enough and retractable, love that bonus! Great price for the quality.

It is now over 6 months I have it. I'm very happy with it, works as expected and did not have any issues with the retracting system or the water container on it, steam is very good too. Totally recommend it.

I wanted a retractable cord and have used it weekly for last 2 months…I am really satisfied with the heat settings, cord never fails to retract.
