This product is very good for the job it is supposed to do(clearing the nose) It gives good relief when a cold is pulling you down.

After putting up with blocked sinuses for about a month I decided to give this a try. It worked very, very well and only took about 3 - 5 minutes to do so, my sinuses were perfectly clear. This is brilliant I thought but it comes with a warning. I only sprayed this once or twice a day and used it for about 2 weeks and then I lost 80% of my sense of taste! It's come back somewhat but fluctuates everyday, I have had meals out in lovely restaurants that have been ruined because I couldn't taste the food so although it works great it only gets 3 stars because of my loss of taste, so my advice to you is, if you're going to use it then do so sparingly or go to your doctor and get something else prescribed which is what I ended up doing.
